Tranquil Cabin with Sea Views

This place is absolutely incredible. Cozy but with expansive views. Private but near town and within walking distance of a great pizza spot. I can’t imagine choosing to stay anywhere else on Achill Island.

Wonderful experience. Marie-Thérèse was so friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend to others also !
A bright kitchen area features yellow walls, wooden cabinetry, and a dining table set with white chairs. Modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, and kettle, are visible. A window allows natural light to enter, while a soft light fixture adds warmth to the space.

John's Place

This little cottage with garden has all you need to relax, and to explore the spectacular surroundings. Catherine and Richard, and dog Charlie, are most welcoming and ready to help out with whatever need. We enjoyed staying there and consider to return on a next occasion.

Achill Atlantic House

RichardRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We (four of us) stayed for week in Kevin’s amazing house. The location is jaw-droppingly beautiful and the house is perfect and makes the most of the stellar views. It helps to have the beach literally at the end of the garden of course, and this all added to an idyllic week on Achill, even when the weather didn’t oblige. Kevin was fantastic at supplying local information and his passion for the place is apparent and infectious! This has to be one of the best properties I have ever stayed in on Airbnb. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Lios an Uisce Cottage Connemara

PattiRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed in Cashel for 3 nights during our Ireland trip. The cottage was lovely — even nicer than the beautiful pictures. We enjoyed watching the bay each day. The beds were very comfortable and the size was just fine for 2 large-ish people. It is close to Roundstone and Clifden. Malachy Bodhran’s workshop is a must see in Roundstone - what an interesting person!

The Graces Achill Island Hidden Gem

JoyceRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Amazing views, absolutely stunning house and superb hosts. What more could we ask for. Simply the best house we have ever stayed in. Crisp and clean, all mod cons, views to die for out of every window, private but yet close enough to Teds and Lynotts where we would walk most evenings for our dinner. Amazing responsive hosts who were available from beginning to end with their genuine Irish warmth and charm. We loved this break so much that we were upset the night before not wanting to leave the house - we shall be back again and will be booking for next year. Thank you thank you thank you.....

A serene landscape showcases grazing sheep in a grassy field, framed by a stone wall. A vibrant sunset colors the sky with shades of orange and purple, while distant hills are visible on the horizon. The scene conveys a sense of tranquility in nature.

Rowan Beg Retreat

PeterRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great location with fantastic views. Spring birdsong in the morning including a cuckoo was lovely to wake to. We also had a close-up visit from a hare on one morning. The nearby beaches are a must visit, with the mountain backdrop adding to the scene. The accommodation was very comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom made all the difference.
A sweeping landscape reveals rolling green hills interspersed with vibrant patches of purple and yellow wildflowers. In the distance, Achill Island is visible under a cloudy sky, while gentle waves meet the shoreline, creating a serene and picturesque scene.
