In the center of Goudargues, our little Venice in the Gard, very nice type 3 apartment on the ground floor of a gated residence with parking and swimming pool. You will enjoy the neat decoration, the cooking facilities, the quality bedding. You will have your meals on the outdoor terrace and you can relax on the deckchairs at your disposal. The residence's swimming pool welcomes you from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You will enjoy shopping on foot, without a car.

The house is close to the river, shops, restaurants, hills. It has a large living room–kitchen of nearly 50 square meters connected to the 30-m² terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three toilets (one separate), three air-conditioned bedrooms, and very comfortable beds. The pool, the Mediterranean garden, and the pétanque court are shared with our second cottage located on the property. The house is perfect for families and groups of friends.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
