This was an awesome spot. Steps from the beach and quiet area. Best if you have a car as it’s a 20 min walk from the train station and buses, don’t come as often. Very clean space. Gio was a super helpful host! He responded quickly, gave lots of recommendations and made special accommodations for us. Thank you Gio!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

During my two-week stay, I found Luca an exceptional host, always available, extremely attentive and caring and who makes empathy and human relationship their strength. The apartment is really impeccable, equipped with everything and with a welcome kit really beyond expectations and beyond the normal concept of welcome. The reserved parking space and bicycles available for beautiful walks in the beautiful surrounding green areas make Luca's apartment the ideal location for a nice stay. Experience to repeat, I highly recommend it!

We have stayed in Maria’s beautiful apartment many times and we love it more every time. We took the late morning train from Turin and Maria was kind enough to meet us shortly after our train arrived in Sestri, in the early afternoon. Maria takes excellent care of her property, has very tasteful furnishing and the apartment is always very clean with plenty of linens, towels and soaps. The modern kitchen has everything needed and the bathroom is well above average with a wonderful large, tiled shower. The location is absolutely perfect with direct access to the active pedestrian area with shops, cafes, restaurants, a bakery and sandwich shop & just steps away from 4 canti (our favorite pizza). We love the muted sounds of the lively village during the day and at night the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Our vacation was later in the year than usual so the weather was quite cool but the apartment was warm and cozy. We are looking forward to staying at Maria’s in the years to come.

The apartment is very centrally located, making it easy to reach everywhere. We had no trouble finding a parking spot either. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. Giorgia was very responsive, warm, and welcoming. All the places she recommended were great and really helped us enjoy our trip even more. If I go to La Spezia again, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Alba’s home. It was close to everything yet it was on a quiet street away from crowds. Her home is clean and have all the amenities you’ll need. Alba is a great host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

We chose Alessandro's apartment as a base for a motorcycle tour of the Gulf of Spezia and the Apuan Alps. We had a great time! Easy to find the place, easy check-in and always responsive host. Apartment complete with everything and clean, in a quiet and peaceful area. Possibility of parking near the apartment.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Very tasteful and high quality renovated stone house with garden, terraces and wonderful sea views. Thanks to the underfloor heating, also very pleasant in winter. You feel immediately welcome, also thanks to the warm welcome of Giada. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the house very much. We all felt very comfortable right away! Everything is modern and very nicely decorated. We found the little gifts very thoughtful. We would come back again and again! :)

Sabrina was very helpful and nice. Noone disturb us during we were enjoying the view from the common or our terrace. The sunset was beautiful from this apartman's terrace. Sabrina was so nice , she gave us a breakfast basket as well with a lot of cakes, sweetnesses and house eggs. We got a pasta with an italian meatsauce as well like a bolognese which we could make it at one night. They have a kind of shop as well where you can buy all of which you need a perfect romantic sunset programme (chocolates, cakes, fruits and wine or prosecco, etc) and the prices were very friendly... So, we will visit back soon :)

A nice roomy apartment! It could have offered a few more pillows and towels, but we managed just fine. Super centrally located! So it’s very walkable to everything. Another plus is Sestri does not have a gazillion hills and stairs. Walking is easy. The only minus is lots of street noise late at night as partygoers got pretty noisy, but to be right in the heart of Sestri with the Bay of Silence lapping just behind the unit is truly lovely. It’s well worth it.

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

Tommaso, son of Deborah, welcomed us in a very friendly way. Our messages were always responded to quickly. The location of the apartment was very good and so was the apartment itself. Only Wi-Fi and blinds in the bedroom could be improved. Otherwise great, thanks.

Giovanna's house is large, full of light and cozy. The apartment is in front of the station, very convenient to visit the Cinque Terre and 5 minutes from the sea. We had a great time and recommend this place.

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

Laura's place was centrally located and clean as a whistle. The little extras is what made her place a cut above the rest.

Diego was very helpful even before arriving with very detailed information on bus schedules and routes. Diego is always ready to respond quickly and very cordially. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need during a vacation. My favorite place was the balcony with a wonderful sea view. It is also immersed in nature among olive trees, flowers and beautiful gardens of nearby houses. I highly recommend a stay at Diego's. Thank you.
