So, so great and comfortable. I lived in town for several years and don’t anymore, but when I come in to visit friends and family, I’d love to stay here again!

I'm going to agree with the other reviews that say pictures don't do this space justice. beautiful home, beautiful place to stay the amenities were a huge bonus for us and I hope we get the chance to stay here again! This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the hot water and water pressure were excellent—such a treat after a long day out. The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. We also loved the amenities on-site, especially the pool and gym, which were clean and well-maintained. The host was amazing—super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

An excellent place for my wife, dog, and myself to stay at while in town for the brith of our grandson. Jenni was the perfect host. She even contracted us warning us of a bad storm coming and to contact her if we loose power. She truely went above and beyond our expectations. The location was close to resturants, supermarkets, and the main highway. I will definaly stay here again when we visit our grandson. Also the backyard is perfect for our dog. Just a great place all around.

House was great. Extended stay, so was able to evaluate quite a bit. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to stores, restaurants, etc. in the area. Nice neighborhood to walk. Great overall stay.

The house was in a very good location central between Dallas and Lake Ray Roberts for the Bassmaster Classic. It is close to restaurants and the highway but situated in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodated our family well. Met our expectations. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!
