In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Completely new and stylishly furnished Alpine Chalet Aurora Dolomites is located in the mountain village of Lajen in a quiet and sunny location. Directly connected to meadows, fields and walking paths, you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape of the Eisack Valley and the Val Gardena. The Alpine Chalet Aurora is equipped with its own open-air solarium or a large garden terrace, a dining area, some sun loungers and many playground equipment for children.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is located in the beautiful wine village of Girlan (Cornaiano). After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Located on the first floor, it can have either the windowed bathroom or the larger balcony and non-windowed bathroom but with a larger shower.
