El Apartamento de Elena lo tiene todo. Nuevo, bonito, completo, céntrico, parking junto a la puerta…. Lo tiene todo. Yo también soy anfitrión y estamos seguros de que si volvemos a Cáceres Macarena,2 será nuestra primera opción. Y también comentar que Elena nos ha enviado unas instrucciones perfectas. Tanto de acceso al Apartamento y al parking como una relación de lugares para desayunar, comer, cenar o visitar. Todo perfecto. Gracias Elena y hasta pronto

This is a tranquil place to stay if you are looking for spot to relax! I would stay here again. If you are traveling with dogs, note that their rules do not allow the dog to be left unattended in the unit or to be on furniture/bed. They have doggy beds and water/food bowls for dogs if you need them. The units look exactly like the listing photos. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. If you are coming in on a Sunday plan to bring some groceries with you as there are not grocery stores or restaurants open nearby. I’d recommend going to Salto for a glass of wine and a stroll across the border to Portugal. This spot is also a great home base if you are looking to hike to the Dolmens or stargaze at the lookout for Berrocal de la Data. Thank you again for your hospitality. This was a wonderful stay.

Adorámos a estadia nas casas da Fontanheira, sem qualquer dúvida dou 5 estrelas. A casa tem todas as condições para um casal com 2 filhos, muito espaçosa, moderna e muito bem decorada. As minhas filhas dizem que foi a casa mais "fixe" onde ficaram, adoraram! Mas atenção para quem tem filhos mais pequenos, que o acesso à mezzanine pode ser um pouco perigoso, pois as escadas não têm proteção lateral, o que para nós não foi problema, pois as minhas filhas já são mais crescidas. Ficámos na casa mais afastada da piscina, que tem uma vista deslumbrante para a montanha (não sei se a casa do lado também terá). Ótima casa para desligar do stress do dia-a-dia e recarregar baterias no meio da natureza.

El lugar perfecto al que ir para desconectar. Toda la casa estaba impecable y cada detalle cuidado al milímetro. Beatriz muy atenta y muy agradable. Nos ha encantado la casa, la terraza y la piscina. Repetiremos sin duda!

What a fantastic place! Carmen and her family were perfect hosts welcoming us to the amazing Dehesa. It is a fully working farm with Iberian pigs among the oaks and sheep ranging about. There are incredible walks all around the extensive property with stunning views over the surrounding landscape. The apartment is stylish and perfectly comfortably with a great kitchen for cooking in. Having lunch on the giant terrace was a daily highlight. The night sky is not to be missed either, stars visible from horizon to horizon. Carmen and her father had lots of good tips for sites to visit in the area—many amazing Roman ruins and towns to visit. But why would you leave paradise?! This is truly a unique and magical place. And don’t miss their own jamón!

Todo perfecto ! Un casa súper cómoda, súper preciosa, súper grande, con un jardín maravilloso lleno de cactus y de limoneros. Hemos pasado 3 semanas en agosto y nos hemos refrescado mucho en esta casa que tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores en los techos de las habitaciones. Esta muy bien situada al lado de una tienda y de la plaza mayor muy animada. El pueblo dispone también de una piscina donde todos los vecinos van a refrescarse en verano. Maribel y Primi nos han acogido como nunca lo habíamos sido. Son encantadoras así como los vecinos del pueblo en general. Fue un verano inolvidable que repetiremos sin duda.

Het appartement/de woning heeft alles wat nodig is om meerdere dagen door te brengen. Wij waren bezig met een rondreis van 6 weken door Spanje en hebben behoefte aan rust en de mogelijkheid om te kunnen koken. Dat is hier allemaal aanwezig. De omgeving is wel erg afgelegen maar ideaal om Cáceres, Merida en Badajoz te bezoeken. Het dorpje zelf heeft weinig faciliteiten dus het is wel zaak om in de grotere steden boodschappen te doen. De host is pro-actief en reageert altijd zeer snel. Kortom ... we hebben niets te klagen gehad en kunnen dit appartement/huis zeker aanbevelen. Groet John en Kitty uit Nederland

Deze accommodatie kunnen we zeker aanbevelen! Het is een charmant huisje dat deel uitmaakt van een oud klooster. We vonden er alles waar we naar op zoek waren: een weelderige tuin met fruitbomen waarvan we mochten plukken, een open haard, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een terras met bbq. Miranda ontving ons hartelijk en heeft het huisje met zorg ingericht, er ontbrak niets. Bedankt voor deze ervaring Miranda!
