Everything is super excellent. A luxury host. The security of the building is excellent. It accommodated both check-in and check-out times. Excellent in everything. I'll have it as a place to stay for the next trips. I definitely recommend it 100%... Super excellent. At home. Everything. Eternally grateful.

The accommodation is well located, very clean and has everything you need to be settled, down to the smallest detail. The host in this case Martha, super friendly, leaves no detail uncovered. He will instantly address any concerns and wait for you at check-in to explain everything and offer any kind of help. In conclusion, you don't always find this kind of service on Airbnb, where the host is always attentive to what you need.

The house is great. It's a small room with a kitchen and bathroom that has a small balcony. I was there in May and it was excellent. It's not noisy. The place was very clean and the owner is super kind. They made entry and exit more flexible for convenience. They always responded quickly to everything I asked. Very kind and attentive. The shower is excellent. Very tasty and easy to regulate the temperature. The bed is very comfy. The blackout shades darken the room well. I have nothing to complain about. For me it was perfect. But if you need a large refrigerator, the apartment only has a small minibar (which was enough for me).

Since I arrived, the instructions for both agreeing on check-in and the rules have been very clear. Flexible schedules, to try to agree and very friendly throughout the service, as well as to recommend places to visit. The apartment is in a great location for walking and in impeccable condition. Excellent location, safe place, friendly communication. The apartment is very nice and clean inside. We chose the place to attend an academic event at the university, which is a 15-minute walk away. It is important to emphasize that the building is in an area with a lot of car traffic and that the noise is quite loud. Fortunately, when closing the electric curtains, the noise subsides. The bed is super comfortable, enough towels, etc. Nice view. Overall, highly recommended!! :) The only thing I would change is to leave enough laundry soap. We chose this apartment especially because it had a washing machine. The soap they left us was not for washing clothes (it had the liquid texture of dishwashing soap and not the thick texture of washing clothes) and it was also a very small amount (it was not concentrated soap). Unfortunately, the soap did not wash well and we had to take the clothes to a laundry and pay for a new express wash given the short stay and the need for clean clothes. Thanks, you too:)

I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in Argentina and I will say this one is the only one I would actually recommend. The place is well taken care of, it doesn’t feel like it’s been used up, but actually feels like a home. Pros: Great clean bathroom Full kitchen Office Great location Furniture feels new and comfortable Con: Only thing that annoyed me was the strange noises in the apartment.

Excellent place, a super warm apartment in a very good area, close to everything downtown Cordoba. Flor and Jesus were always friendly and communicative, we felt very accompanied, always present with recommendations and attentions. Excellent experience :)

We've had wonderful days in Apachita. From the very welcome, cordial and thorough, attentive. And the strong initial impression: it's a house, a beloved, cared for place. Our entire stay has followed and developed the same initial footprint. For every doubt and every question to be resolved, Eli and Gabri's presence was direct, useful, immediate. And our stay in Cordoba has always been crowned by that warm embrace of returning home. Everything practical and functional in the house worked very well. Really the best hospitality ever experienced in Cordoba.

I stayed at the property for one night. I'd come back anytime. Supermarket is 1 minute away, the kitchen has the basics you need. Very hip shops are within walking distance. Within a radius of 2-15 minutes' walk around the apartment, I saw very cool pubs, bars, restaurants and visited some of them. Value is extremely good.

It is a beautiful place, to disconnect, modern and comfortable. The environment is very nice and quiet, with many corners where you can sit to have a mate or read for a while.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Housing Cordoba's place! The location was perfect for exploring visiting the cultural wonders found intue city, and the property itself was so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rocio was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. The jacuzzi was a real highlight. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

Perfect for those who want to be in the city center, without losing privacy, tranquility and silence. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Noelia is always attentive to guests' needs.
