La Soñada is a magical place to enjoy with family and friends, 10 minutes from Cumbrecita. It is located on one hectare in the mountains. It has a park, forest and the best view! The house is practical and comfortable. It has a living-dining room, integrated kitchen, mezzanine (living room or 3rd bedroom), master bedroom en suite, second bedroom with three beds and full bathroom. Outside it has a deck in front and a back area with an earthen oven and a portable grill. Come and see the most beautiful part of Calamuchita!

The house is located in the Ñu Porá neighborhood with an excellent view to the northeast. You can see part of the city between mountains, with pure air. It has three bedrooms, one en suite with a jacuzzi and a wood-burning fireplace. Pool with a view and closed quincho with a bathroom. 800 meters from the road to downtown Río Ceballos and easy exit to Route E 53, 20 minutes from the international airport, and 30 minutes from the Capital. Very close we have a wood-fired bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer and supermarkets.
