My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

Lower Farm View is beautifully converted with outstanding views, it's situated in the Rutland Village of Empingham and is only a short walk from Rutland Water's North Shore. Only 6 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford and 6/7 miles from the picturesque towns of Uppingham and Oakham. The village itself has a hairdresser, doctor's surgery, and shop. The local area has lots of pubs, cafes and shops. A perfect place to be able to enjoy and explore the county of Rutland.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.
