(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be waiting for you.

In the heart of a hilltop village punctuated by the sound of bells, we offer our cottage, just restored, close to our house. You will have private access and enjoy a garden dedicated to you. Ideal location for exploring our region... A stone's throw from the Voie Verte, walks and bikes are a must. Bakery-Grocery, restaurant and Sunday morning farmers' market, will allow you to discover the flavors of Perche.

We fell in love with Perche 15 years ago and decided to settle down there to renovate the barn. The desire to welcome and discover the treasures of this region was born a few years ago. And it is now a reality with this guest house in an authentic, bucolic and charming setting.
