We rent our family home, located in the quiet and residential environment of the prestigious Marine de Davia, near Ile Rousse and Calvi. The house offers a panoramic sea view facing the sunset and is located 150 meters from the beach. In the Marine, two other beaches and tennis courts are within walking distance. Renovated in 2023, our house offers 5 bedrooms for about 10 beds, and a pleasant outdoor with a heated pool (from April until mid October).

Sea view apartment, ground floor + terrace.

Ground floor apartment with a great view of L'Île-Rousse. A terrace allows you to eat outside with the view, as well as a private garden. Private parking. The apartment is quiet. The beaches are a 5-minute drive away. For the night part, the apartment consists of a separate bedroom and a single sofa bed + drawer for an additional bed in the living room. A package of sheets and towels can be provided for €20 per bed. The cleaning is to be done by you.

100 meters from a private beach and tennis courts, this house is spacious, comfortable and has an outdoor barbecue and terraces with different exposures to enjoy shade all day. Interior and exterior completely renovated in 2018. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms. Beautiful and large flower garden. Ile Rousse 4 km away. Sheets and towels included. However, cleaning is not included, 100 euros will be requested on site.
