Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The house is older and full of charm, with a lovely garden and several seating areas. The décor is personal, colorful, and creative, featuring several handmade items. This is where an architect, her two children, and their dog and chickens live on a daily basis – a fact that is evident in the home's warmth and vibrant character.

The cabin overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a tea kitchen and a comfortable sofa that turns into a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. Optional add-on: Breakfast (DKK 175/2 pers.) - wilderness bath (DKK 350) or one of our 2 outdoor 'escape rooms' (DKK 150/children, DKK 200/adults). The calendar is opened continuously!
