Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

This unique architect-designed house is located in a peaceful cottage area by the scenic Skuldelev Ås. The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house, there is everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast WiFi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.
