You have your own private lighted fishing pier with two benches, and a cleaning station with power and water. Beautifully landscaped with privacy in mind, this house sits on an extra large lot with a shady grilling area on the ground level. Please note that all interior spaces require steps or stairs to access.

Pier is 350' long and has multiple sports fishing lights with a new fish cleaning stand. The pier goes right out to the channel from the mouth of Salt Lake which is a fish estuary.
