fijne plek met goede vibe. echt mooi hoe je hier, op het hipste stuk van Santa Teresa, wel je privacy hebt. een paar minpunten: -hangmatten worden nat bij regen en drogen langzaam - je wordt toch veel gestoken door muggen. buiten en ook in slaapkamer (overal kieren waar ze door naar binnen kunnen) - er is regelmatig een uitbarsting van hondengeblaf. als je daar niet tegen kunt dan moet je niet in deze straat overnachten. keuken is goed voorzien. er is een heel goed restaurant dichtbij (armazem? op de hoek schuin tegenover).

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

A casa é linda! Um casarão antigo mas com uma manutenção maravilhosa. Super espaçosa, acomodou muito bem aos meus familiares e eu. Era exatamente o que eu precisava e ainda super equipada. A Márcia foi muito gentil comigo, respondendo sempre rapidamente, esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas. Recomendaria com certeza

Casa localizada e em uma vila segura com comercio local próximo para pequenas compras e café da manhã. A casa tem uma sala bem ampla que permite a convivencia de grupo grande de hospedes. Atmaja sempre rápido nas respostas a todos os nossos questionamentos. Na chegada nos consultaram como gostaríamos da configuração das camas nos quartos para atender da melhor maneira o grupo.

A Maria foi incrível, super receptiva e a hospitalidade foi excelente. Sempre responde rápido, deu ótimas indicações próximas, demonstrou total disposição em ajudar, me senti totalmente acolhida. O local é extremamente agradável, limpo, lindo, decoração linda, exatamente como nas fotos, na verdade pessoalmente é ainda mais lindo e agradável. Localização excelente próximo a tudo, super seguro, próximo de farmácias, lojinhas, padaria, restaurante, bares, shopping e a 2 quadras da praia. Com certeza quando retornar ao Rio ficarei novamente aqui!

Anna was such a great host, extremely flexible and was super quick to answer. The area is beautiful with lots to do, and many great restaurants! 10/10 I recommend! Extremely cozy loft.

El departamento cumplió con toda la descripción. La ubicación es muy buena para quién disfruta tanto de Ipanema como de Copacabana ya que ambas se pueden recorrer caminando. Hay seguridad las 24hs. Romulo siempre bien predispuesto para consultas. Disfrutamos de esa Ciudad que es maravillosa. Gracias

Très belle place Proche de tout a pied comme restaurant, épicerie et plage à proximité. Ce secteur est sécuritaire également. Un très beau centre d achat juste à côté et la vue de l appartement est magnifique

Merci à Alexandre pour son accueil et sa disponibilité durant notre séjour. Son appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, sécurisé et parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage d’Ipanema et proche des meilleurs quartiers de Rio. Nous nous y sommes sentis à l’aise et avons apprécié ses conseils qui nous ont permis de mieux découvrir la ville. Une très bonne expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Le séjour chez Marcello était incroyable. La petite maison en hauteur nous a offert des levers et couchers de soleil exceptionnels, on se sent comme à la maison. Merci à Marcello et sa femme pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement d'Olivier, et que dire à part que nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. Olivier est d'une sympathie inégalable, très réactif et prévoyant. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une super boulangerie juste en bas, et surtout à proximité de la plage de Copacabana (environ 5 min à pied). Le quartier possède beaucoup de commerces, vous ne manquerez de rien. L'appartement en lui-même est magnifiquement bien décoré, et chaque décoration nous raconte une histoire. L'appartement était très propre et tout est déjà fourni (serviettes, gel douche, shampooing, fer à repasser. bonus : climatisation ). Dernier point : la vue est à couper le souffle. Les maisons en face s'éclairent à la tombée de la nuit, et on a également un aperçu sur la mer. Nous sommes tristes d'être rentrées, mais très contentes d'avoir vécu cette magnifique expérience.Nous étions toutes d’accord pour dire qu’il est impossible de trouver un meilleur Airbnb. N’hésitez pas une seconde !

Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

Such a clean and spacious place to stay for a week! Very walkable to almost everything you need in Rio. The beach is right out front, multiple restaurants within 2-3 mins of walking, and the grocery stores are right across the building. Quite honestly such a steal for the spot you’re getting! Never felt unsafe in our stay here and the doormen were always greeting us! Host was extremely responsive in a timely manner. The view from the balcony overlooking copacabana beach is also breathtaking! If you do have an earlier flight before check-in or a later flight after check-out, the doormen might not be comfortable keeping your luggages in storage which is not the host’s fault. It honestly depends on who is working at that time. Which I understand because we had a bunch of big luggages. The doorman working at the moment just wasn’t comfortable being responsible for that many personal belongings. There is a storage unit company just right across the street and we had no problems using it!

Great location! Would stay there again.

Der Aufenthalt bei Kirflat war super angenehm. Die Wohnung war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Kirflat war immer erreichbar und hat sofort auf Anliegen reagiert. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Lautstärke der Straße, womit bei der Lage aber zu rechnen ist.

Álvaro nos acolheu muito bem, sempre cordial e solícito, ajudando com tudo que precisamos. A acomodação é confortável, com cama ótima, secador de cabelo, cobertas e, para quem quiser, toalhas. O ar-condicionado estava limpo, sem odores e silencioso, o que foi um ponto positivo. O apê é bem localizado, com uma vibe de Centro de SP — é importante estar atento à região.

Minha estadia foi ótima. Apartamento muito limpo e equipado. Ótima localização, muito pertinho da praia e metrô.

Dorge's place was amazing and so was Dorge. I messed up my times and he was kind enough to accommodate me on a earlier date than what I booked. Dorge gave me a personal tour of the Airbnb and the locality to give me first hand experience of Copacabana. His place is big and has everything you need! Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Copacabana in Rio

A estadia no apartamento da Maria foi muito boa! Apartamento excelente, espaçoso e com várias facilidades. Localização favorável, próximo ao metrô e não muito distante da praia do Leme/Copacabana e de outros pontos turísticos da cidade. Maria foi extremamente solícita, respondeu rapidamente e a comunicação fluiu muito bem. Houve flexibilidade tanto na reserva dos dias quanto no check-in e no check-out, o que auxiliou muito por conta da mudança de planos de um dos hóspedes (estávamos em um grupo de 4 pessoas). Recomendo fortemente!
