Francisco was so friendly and made us feel very welcome and safe in Rio. The apartment is beautiful and unique and has great AC. Had an amazing time, hope to come back!

We had to find accommodation very quickly because our reservation was unexpectedly canceled and Brux responded immediately to my message showing me all the available options. He was very friendly and clear with his instructions. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and had absolutely everything a guest might need. It's clear that Brux pays a lot of attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, in a safe area, close to the metro and the beach. Highly recommended!

I booked this trip last second on the flight down to Rio, and Paulo did everything to make me feel comfortable and welcomed! From an early check in, to security knowing I’d be arriving, to help locating some of the amenities very quickly through fast communication, Paulo was incredible in hosting. The apartment was beautiful and with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It has truly exceeded our expectations! We felt at home there. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Ipanema, 5min walking distance from the beach. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended! 10/10

We had a wonderful weekend in Rio de Janeiro and the accommodation was excellent! The space is true to the photos: clean, well decorated, cozy and very well located. We were greeted with sympathy and attention, which made all the difference. Roberta is always available by phone, with great kindness and cordiality. One point that made our stay much easier was the super well-equipped kitchen — as we were with our baby, this helped a lot in the routine with his meals. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the atmosphere was quiet at night, ensuring good nights of sleep. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The hostess, Julia since the beginning of the reservation was super attentive and helpful. Provided clear instructions on the accommodation, always very polite and very helpful. The place is exactly like in the pictures and we were surprised by the care of the place. Extremely clean, organized and super-equipped. The accommodation looked more like a hotel. Julia was also flexible about an emergency we had in relation to the parking space. Highly recommend :)

The apartment managed to accommodate 4 people peacefully. It is a few steps from Copacabana beach. The hostess responds very quickly.

Gayatri is a very warm and helpful host who thinks along and gives many valuable tips. You can tell that she herself has traveled a lot. She was always available and responsive, just great! The apartment is lovingly decorated, I immediately felt comfortable. I found the large kitchen, which is very well equipped, practical. My highlight was the Italian espresso pot - 100 points for that alone! Bathroom also large and hot shower. The workplace looks exactly as shown in the photos. The table is rather small but sufficient for laptop, mouse and mouse pad. The minus point for me was the open crack scene in Catete, since Gayatri unfortunately has no influence on it.

The stay was very quiet, and the description matches the location. Vanderson was always helpful and cleared all my doubts. The location is very good, the neighborhood has many shopping options that make it easy in everyday life.

Top location in the middle of the locals and the reality, as a dark person I can only say that I feel at home, I enjoyed the counter funk parties in the favela to have and had a quick question, but you will also do that yourself if there was a stranger walking around your house. This is indeed a recommendation for the travelers who are firmly in their shoes

The district of Flamengo, due to its strategic location is one of my favorites in Rio de Janeiro. In it, life moves in the day-to-day buzz of any other city. Fair, supermarkets, schools, bars, butecos, restaurants, cinema, theater, small shopping centers and subway station. It's all very close and that makes it easy to decide what to do. The Loft building is on a quiet street, the locals are pleasant and the staff of the concierge, kind and helpful. The apartment is well decorated, of course, airy, with everything new and functioning perfectly. All the details show that the goal is to make the guest feel welcomed, safe and happy. Some details such as powder and coffee capsule, tea capsule, sugar, ice water, soap, soap, liquid soap, surprised and confirmed my feeling of having made a great choice. Arthur is a great host. Educated, welcoming, quick in response and always available to help. Everything perfect.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

Sandra was an incredibly hospitable host and in every way made you feel welcome! The apartment was superb and by far the best you can find for the price! Me and my friend felt at home and there was no problem with anything at all. Sandra was always quick to respond and gave lots of recommendations! The kitchenette is half a block away from the Mem de Sá. For those who like to enjoy the good part of Lapa this is the place. I own kitchen utensils a great stove, microwave, coffeemaker and everything to cook. The bathroom has an excellent shower with a lot of pressure. O Guardaroupa is quite large. The apartment in general is great with a 24-hour controlled entrance. Points to improve: The Air conditioning does not freeze much because it is portable but does not let the heat of Rio de Janeiro remain. The bed could improve the quilt. Towels could be better and TV could be smart. These points are just improvements. Thank you for your excellent stay Sergio!

The apartment is comfortable, everything clean, and has the essential utensils. The location is great, close to everything, markets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies. The neighborhood is safer, making it easy to walk. It is possible to see the Christ and Sugar Loaf, a beautiful view. Maria is very kind, and has great communication. We love the stay, I would definitely come back and I will make indications.
