Comfort and Excellent Service in the Village das Rosas Condominium Our experience at Tereza and Marcelo's home in the Village das Rosas Condominium was extremely positive. Hospitality and facilities exceeded our expectations. The house offered us all we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, ready-to-use bathrooms, and quality bed and bath linens, which made us feel comfortably at home. Though we faced a small issue, the way the owners handled the situation deserves a special compliment. They were quick and considerate to look for a solution, even if it is a weekend, which demonstrates their commitment to the well-being of guests. We are satisfied with the prompt response and effort in trying to resolve the mishap. This attitude of hosts only reinforces our recommendation of Tereza and Marcelo's house. A welcoming and well-maintained space! Not to mention the enormous kindness in our welcome with delicious pampering!

The location is close to Parque Lage, Jardim Botânico, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and Jóquei, etc. Around it has all the facilities a traveler needs, such as restaurants, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, public transportation in front, etc. The place is as described and in the photos, compact but functional. It has a microwave, freezer and fan. It was clean and organized. Igor was kind, responded promptly, was flexible about leaving the luggage earlier than expected for check-in and we even had the opportunity for a quick chat! The space is in a village, the gate that gives access to the street has a key, which makes the place safer and quieter. Recommended for short stays. Thanks for the stay, Igor!

We had a wonderful experience at this beach house! The atmosphere is super nice, well decorated and with a delicious energy — perfect for resting and enjoying with friends or family. The employee who assisted us was extremely attentive, helpful and always willing to help with anything. The house was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, just like in the photos. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

The space is very old, but it serves well for the cost/benefit. The cleanliness was good but not impeccable. Nothing that hindered the stay. Well located, very close to the subway. The region is not excellent, but very busy. Much commerce in the surrounding area with many options. It wasn't too hot, so the air conditioning worked well. I recommend your stay.

It is bright, well distributed, modern and comfortable, ideal for two people, with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The location is unbeatable: one block from Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon and four blocks from Ipanema beach. The area is full of bars and restaurants of all qualities, accessible by walking, although there are also excellent options further away. Everything is designed to comfortably enjoy the vibrant local life. Anna, the host, was attentive, although there was no need to contact her thanks to the quality of the place. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well located stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Excellent location, close to the beach, we did a lot on foot. Beautiful apartment, matches the photos. We only had difficulty at times with the shower, as we couldn't get the water to be hot. But other than that, impeccable. Super helpful hosts and always responded very quickly. I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

My experience on this Airbnb was excellent! The apartment is just like the photos – well decorated, comfortable and very well located. Quiet region, we felt very safe, mainly because it has a 24-hour concierge. The apartment has a balcony overlooking a wonderful, quiet and peaceful green area, it gives you a sense of PEACE to be there. The view from the pool to the Lagoon is amazing, and being so close to Ipanema made our tours much easier. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend it and intend to stay here again!
