Waterfront vacation rentals in Coos County

I will continue to recommend this home every time I stay here! This is a perfect location for anyone who wants peace, quiet and tranquility, or for someone who wants in the middle of all the adventures! The location is center of shopping, mountain biking, hiking and sight seeing. Corbie and Rob have a home that is comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed that during my stay, while the temperatures dropped outside, the heat inside was perfect! I was also able to open the windows and have the fresh lilac smell come in from the bushes just outside the window! Corbie and Rob will continue to be my home away from home when visiting the beautiful white mountains!

We enjoyed are stay here. Very comfortable beds and clean, well-appointed rooms. Kitchen had essentials for weekend stay. Hosts response when I had an issue with the electronic key. Never used this process before but it worked well. I will stay here again. Nice locations and space.

Nice place to stay for the winter and summer

Jayne and Steve’s place is beautiful! Spotless, cozy accommodations in a gorgeous location. We stayed there the night before the solar eclipse to travel to totality and it was both convenient and comfortable. We would love to come back for some hiking and hope to book again!

This is a nice, little apartment with a beautiful view of the river in the back yard and also the surrounding mountains. The apartment is well appointed with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Todd and Donna were very welcoming and provided lots of brochures and handouts for attractions in the local area. The town of Milan is a small farming community, so if you're looking for a place to get away from the rush/rush of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Suzanne is an amazing host! She’s very friendly and very responsive. Everything about the space was perfect. It’s very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location for restaurants and activities in the area. I highly recommend booking a stay with Suzanne. It was a great weekend and we will definitely come back!

Cute and cozy space for my boyfriend and I to spend our time together while riding the trails in Pittsburg. We had a small issue with the wifi but communication was excellent and we were so appreciative. Super clean space and directions were very clear! Kelly gave great recommendations for trails near by and restaurants for dinner, as we had never been up this way. We will be back! Loved the little word magnets on the refrigerator. Thanks so much!!

House was great three bedrooms upstairs slept comfortably. House had that great cabin feel inside. As of 1/20/25 the snowmobile trails from the house had OK coverage. Jean was great and was very responsive to all my questions. I Would rent here again as it was everything we looked for and as close as the snowmobile trails.

This was our second time staying at Craig's place. The cabin is very comfortable, clean and in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Loved the sound of the river! It's also well located and central to restaurants, hiking, and other fun activities. Would definitely stay again!

The River House is such a great place to stay when exploring the White Mtns. The river next to the house is beautiful. We kept the glass door open (screen closed) to hear the river as we fell asleep. It’s less than a 20 min drive to so many great area hikes and attractions.

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

A charming and spotless place, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful weekend with family. We had an extraordinary stay and truly appreciated every moment. Excellent accommodations for snowmobile enthusiasts! We had a great stay, Stacy and her husband Dale were excellent hosts. Would definitely stay there again!!

Sad to leave, because this place was peaceful. Nothing beats coffee in the morning, with beautiful views of the mountains and a beautiful river. We even got to see a beaver in the river near the house. It felt like home and the nearby biking trails were a blast!

Booked for a last minute stay, was everything we hoped it would be. Would stay again.

This AirBnB was a perfect winter vacation escape. It had everything we needed for our two families. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were never without. Great set up. My 5 year old begged to live there forever! We can't wait to come back!

Garret was a great host. Clear details on the area and clear instructions on check in and check out. It was so comfortable and my toddler enjoyed crawling around, it was so clean and easy to access materials. WiFi was accessible and worked pretty well. Great communication he checked up on us while we were there. We definitely felt at home.

The place was beautiful and hearing the river in the back yard was peaceful. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. We even had a bottle of wine which was a thoughtful treat. Listening to the river when we woke up in the morning was amazing. We didn’t see any moose or bears but we did make our way down to the river bank and enjoyed the cool water. Jeremiah and Lisseth were always available to help us with any questions we had about the place. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Alison's place was just as it was described. This is a great location if you want to go into Conway, or even Santa's Village with the kids.

The location was as advertised and we felt very much at home. Amenities were well thought out and the unit was well appointed. During our stay there was a wind storm that created a wide spread power outage. Our hosts were proactive in reaching out to see if we were alright and offer assistance if we needed something. This was not necessary as the power was back on in a couple of hours but their proactive approach was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.
