Planned a last minute getaway to go skiing with the kids over school vacation. Sofia’s condo was exactly as listed and fit our needs. The beds were super comfortable and it was cute, cozy and clean. Easy access to Cranmore and Attitash as well as downtown N Conway for food and shopping. Would definitely rent again or suggest to friends!

The Place was clean and as described. Paul was a great host: helpfull, responsive, and proactive. Would stay here again.

Very clean and lovely space. We really felt like we were on vacation. It was clean and many things to do. Definitely itely recommended if you are visiting New Hampshire.

Celebrating our anniversary and traveling to see our grandson play in the state championship. This location was perfect and the area was accessible to all the things we wanted to do. There were local restaurants nearby. The place was very homey and comfortable, and we appreciated the welcoming bottle with glasses. I could’ve asked for a better situation thanks Renee for making this a very memorable enjoyable weekend.

My family stayed there for 5 nights for snowmobiling. This was our second time staying there. We booked again for next year's Feb vacation. My family and kids loved staying there. We played pool every night. The snowmobile trails are right outside the door. The place has plenty of room.

We all really enjoyed our stay - great location with easy access to Bretton Woods ski area, not to mention a view of Mount Washington out the back door. We loved the fact that we could bring our dogs - they loved sleeping in front of the gas fireplace! We were thankful that the surrounding tenants were quiet and respectful. Parking was easy and overflow parking was close to the unit. We appreciated that all linens, TP, paper towels, tissues, soaps, etc. were provided. The unit felt newer, was very clean, and had comfortable cushy furniture. Plenty of DVDs and some games, but could have used more kid-friendly options. We hope to visit again and hopefully next time with more trails open at Bretton Woods! Thank you!

My husband and I were looking to hike some specific northern White mountains and I was thrilled to find Todd and Donna's place available for the holiday weekend at a very reasonable price! It's relatively remote to most of the busier White mountain trailheads and hubs, but it suited our needs perfectly. The location is so peaceful and the views over the river are gorgeous. I could see getting much use out of the deck, yard, and river in warmer months. And despite being located beneath the owner's house, the entrance is very private and separate. It's a cozy, comfy space to retreat to after brisk fall days spent out in the woods. Everything was just as described in their description. Don't hesitate to book this one if you want a peaceful, rural place to stay that's still within a short drive to Berlin, Gorham, and the northern Whites!

Alice not only greeted us late at night with their dog UConn, but also took the time to give us a tour of the farm and let us interact with the horses. Directions for how to get to the farm off of the highway and where to park was clear and super helpful. The location itself is amazing, there is a great view of the mountains, and it is a short drive to Lincoln/Franconia. Lastly, the B&B itself has everything you need and is clean. The view from the window with the chairs is the best. My only recommendation would be to call them if you have any issues, as it seems like they don’t check the messages through the app itself frequently.

We loved our stay here, great location for base camp for hiking in the white mountains. Very spacious for two of us, super clean and comfy and a lot of nice little touches like a tv in the wall in the kitchen and extra toiletries if you forgot any. Would definitely stay again!

Roland is a great host. My husband and I enjoyed chatting with him, made us feel so welcomed, great food at the deli down stairs. Definitely recommend this place. Perfect for us trail riders, short ride to Jericho State Park.

Spacious place in northern New Hampshire with beautiful surroundings and quiet nature. My wife and I booked this place as the base for our leaf peeping adventures in early October. It is an open space concept with a huge living room and kitchen, everything well decorated and stocked. All appliances worked well with amazing entertainment set up with a big-speaker sound system. There is a Roku for streaming which makes it easy. We only used the main bedroom which was very comfortable and also spacious with on-suite bathroom. The property is completely silent when no one's at the property. However, you do hear the steps from upstairs at a very low noise level, not enough to disrupt your stay and certainly not enough to wake us up or keep us from going to sleep. We would 100% recommend this place and hope to be back in the future for our next fall adventures in New England.

My husband and I stayed here for one month and we loved our time here! At the beginning of October the foliage was beautiful, and my husband enjoyed trying out some trout fishing. The house is gorgeous, and the apartment was even more spacious than we were expecting. Our hosts were very helpful and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We both worked digitally on video calls and never had any issues with the internet. I especially enjoyed the lovely private balcony. I hope to return here for another stay in the future, and I highly recommend this place!

Ace’s condo was great, had a nice view across to the mountain whereas some units did not. He was easy to communicate with as well. Looking forward to next season.

We had a wonderful stay in Bartlett. Lorraine's condo was sparkling clean and absolutely adorable! We found everything we needed to cook with pans and pots in great condition (which is not often the case on Airbnb). The location is perfect, super close to gorgeous hiking trails. Plus, the clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi is fabulous after a long day hike. We'd love to come back! Easy five stars rating! Thanks Lorraine!!

This unit was perfect for a little getaway. You’re at the top of the hill, end of the road, so it’s very quiet. Sunrise was directly ahead with plenty of mountains in view. It was very spacious and the porch was such a nice sitting area to enjoy the sounds of nature. The jetted tub was a great way to unwind at night. The bed was taller than I expected, and included a two-step stool to use, but if you have mobility issues or bad knees, you wouldn’t want to be surprised by that. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for a home base during my trip.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. We were there just before a storm came in. Roads were plowed and sanded right away. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to stay here

The condo was exactly as pictured. What stood out to me on first impression was how clean the unit was. There were perfect added touches. Clubhouse staff were very nice and Lani was quick to reply when I had a question.

We had the best stay! The location is minutes from Attitash and so close to great restaurants and downtown North Conway. The condo was cozy, clean, and newly updated. Ace was actively making sure we had a good stay and had everything we needed. We’re already planning another trip back and have shared pictures and links to this airbnb find with family and friends, as we know they would love it too! Highly recommend, thanks Ace!

We had a great time in a beautiful setting. Caitlin communicated very well making the reservation process and check in very smooth. We would definitely visit again.
