Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Coos County

What a place! Well thought out. The house kept a family of six with two grandchildren very busy and happy. The house was bigger than the pictures portrayed. Extremely clean and well organized house. Everything you need is already thought through and explained with instructions. We love the place. Thank you Joe and Faye.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steven’s Jefferson home. We were looking for some time to relax- which was made possible with nights under the stars by the fire pit, time in the hot tub, enjoying the mountain views, and family dinners made at the house. We did some hiking and fishing as well. We travelled with 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. Steven’s house was accommodating for all of our needs. The kids especially enjoyed the infinity table in the game room. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Steven’s Welcome Book was super helpful with recommendations for places to go. The only piece of feedback is that the cleaners missed the many ladybugs on the window sills and floors. This did not detract from our visit in anyway. The house was nicely updated and we enjoyed the accommodations. Thanks for making our visit to NH great!

The place is incredible. It was exactly what we needed to feel cozy after our ski adventures.

This is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the doorstep to the White Mountains. Views of Mt Washington from the porch and driving down the street. Our family enjoyed the large, spacious kitchen and living spaces. We got our workouts playing ping pong in the evenings followed by pleasant soaks in the hot tub. If you are looking for a family friendly home with ample space for 2 families, this is a great place. Jackson is a lovely town with great restaurants near bye.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Right off the bat, Jeremiah and Lisseth were very communicative, kind and helpful. They provided a well thought out and cohesive brochure of things to do in the area, and were timely with their responses to all inquiries! The home itself is absolutely lovely, with enough beds and baths for many people. The hot tub is right by the brook so you can hear it trickling while you're out there, which was peaceful. The location is close to town as well which was nice! The only downside was a leak that happened when we used the shower in the upstairs bathroom, but when we brought that up the hosts said they knew of the issue and were responsive when I asked what to do! There were two other showers to use so there was no issue after we stopped using the upstairs one. Overall the house was clean, cozy, and comfy. We had a great time and would absolutely come back!

House and scenery were both great! Short ride to ski resorts and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful luxury home! It was a moms’ getaway with our kids (ages 8 to 12), and it was exactly what we needed. The home itself is stunning—spacious, clean, and full of charm, with incredible views from almost every window. I loved waking up early, sipping coffee with a book outside or by the big windows, just soaking in the peaceful surroundings and a fresh air. There was so much for the kids to do, and we had some busy, fun-filled days—lots of hiking, stops at McDonald’s, and some really cute local restaurants and breweries all within 15 minutes. It felt like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Tim is amazing—so proactive, always quick to respond, even when I was delayed in getting back due to our packed schedule. He was kind enough to offer a complimentary late check-out since the cleaning crew was scheduled for later, which was a win-win and much appreciated. We would absolutely love to make this an annual trip. highly recommended!

The mountain house was the perfect location for a family holiday getaway. Tucked in the woods but not far from things to do, it had something for everyone in our group. The hot tub was great and wood stove easy. We had one minor kitchen issue and someone actually came out within an hour on a Saturday to replace something. Great experience.

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay. The icing on the cake was the unexpected spring fresh fluffy snowfall on our first morning waking up in this cozy and beautiful cabin! We truly enjoyed our stay the hot tub and sauna were amazing. The views unparalleled. Countless family games and entertainment for all.

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

Our stay started out with an epic windstorm that caused power outages across the area. Molly and Kevin were AMAZING! They were completely up front and super nice offering a few different solutions. We decided to ride it out in hope that the power would come back on and as soon as it did they let us know. The house was beautiful and we instantly felt right at home. It had everything we could have ever needed in the kitchen, the bed was super comfy and had extra blankets. The bathroom was immaculately clean. It just had a super warm and cozy feel. Check in and check out were a breeze. We’ve already stated planning on when we can go back!

Our family of 5 spent almost a week here and felt right at home. We loved that the yard was surrounded by woods and was a great place for our puppy and kids to play. We loved the fire pit, open floor plan so we could cook and watch our kiddos play. Nice location in-between North Conway and the Pinkham Notch / Crawford Notch where our favorite hikes were. Enjoyed being closer to the spots we wanted to explore and away from the chaos of town. Wish we could move right into this home - would LOVE to come back.

Loved this Airbnb very clean and had everything you need. Hot tub was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.
