Four star for location only if you are hiking the Dingle Way. It’s not on the path and Mary is very clear about that. It has beautiful views, Mary so nice, food great. It was worth the short taxi ride for us.

Miss Betty was a lovely hostess. She greeted me at the door, suggested some places for dinner, offered tea and cookies and we had a great chat. Went to a quick dinner, and had more chat and watching shows together. I don't always visit so much, but Miss Betty made it easy (and optional). What a live she's lived and is still having grand experiences. Thank you for making me feel right at home. I could feel the history and love the walls of your home has seen. 💚

Mary was, without a doubt, the most charming host we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and care made us feel like family. The homemade breakfasts, her nurturing nature, and her attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. The home is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and set against a breathtaking panoramic landscape. Whether rain or shine, it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind—every corner radiates comfort and charm. We were genuinely moved when it came time to leave, which speaks volumes about the care and connection Mary gave us and our daughter. Her hospitality made our time in Ireland deeply special. Debbie was a super welcoming host. Super reactive and flexible, she answered quickly when we sent her messages the day before our arrival to coordinate, and shared good recommendations of what to do in town and in the surroundings. We had lots of privacy in the room. It’s perfect for anyone who does not need access to a kitchen (we did not need it), and she provided fruits and snacks which helped us get a bit of fuel in the morning while we looked for a place to grab breakfast. We liked the tranquility of being removed from the middle of the town (we could hear the sheep in the evening with a beautiful sunset - quite a view!). She has multiple animals (as clearly described in her posting) but they were all super lovely and did not disturb us at all. I’m allergic to both cats and dogs and did not feel any allergies while being there which is a testimony of how clean the room was! Thanks so much Debbie, it was lovely to meet you and we hope our paths cross again!
