We ❤️ well-mannered pets w/prior approval. (Sorry, no cat's at this time). It’s a small space, so not well-suited to kids.

Welcome to a serene retreat nestled among a wooded forest, a gurgling brook, a candlelit fairy house and trail, the cutest and most loving pony ever and his equine friend, Ginger, a gentle chestnut mare. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Hillcrest Haven is a cozy, stylish house where you and your family can relax in comfort after a long, busy day. Located in a charming established neighborhood in Statesville, we are close to anything you might need. Take a stroll down the block to a lovely park with lake, playgrounds, pavilion, and amphitheater. Located just minutes from I-40, I-77, and historic downtown Statesville alike, Hillcrest Haven is situated near a plethora of quality restaurants and shopping options.

“Home” on the Road!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!

The Blue House in Troutman

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.

Tucked in off the street, relax outside, star gaze, enjoy a pit fire, watch the fish, check out the gardens, walk up town, stroll the historic neighborhoods, enjoy all our song birds, grill some food, be our guests and enjoy yourselves! Tower View Suites Suite 202 is a private, quiet one-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a historic 1885 building in the heart of downtown Statesville. Walk to numerous restaurants, unique shops, live entertainment, farmer’s markets, government centers and community events. Only one other suite in the building. Washer and dryer are in the suite.
