This new house is the most quiet place 10mn from the sea and 5 from the village! The amazing view over the moutains, the village and the sea! You will love it! 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one shower room, a beatiful kitchen with large terrasse, a cozy living room and a small office room. There is also a large terrasse 360 derees on top of the house with a fantastic view. The pool is 15 meter, down the house in the middle of the olive trees. Pool is shared with another house for 4 people.

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

We spent a month here, enjoying the beach days and exploring the local restaurants in the evenings. Giovanni and their wife were fantastic hosts, making our stay truly memorable. The place was perfect for a long-term stay, with a well-equipped kitchen and nearby grocery stores. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the WiFi was fast enough for video calls. I highly recommend this place!

As mature couples we loved the country side style accommodation in a modern residence after being in the hustle and bustle of the cities that we have been visiting on our 7 day self drive tour of Puglia. Everything that was promised was delivered and would thoroughly recommend a two night stay so that you can explore the surrounding cities with ease and unpack for a short stay.

Lidia's place is ideally placed to discover beautiful Bari, only 10 mins walk from the old city, 5 mins from the main street and 15 mins from the central station with beautiful view to the sea front, surrounded with convenience stores and excellent restaurants, it really made our stay so enjoyable. Keep in mind it can get bit noisy on the weekends because of its location, but we had our 3 year old with us and didn't really bother us much. The flat is equipped with all necessities and beautifully decorated, the building itself is fascinating. We really appreciated the easy self check in and check out and the fantastic host Lidia, couldn't recommend more.

Tina is a dream host. I felt more like I was visiting my Aunt. She is so warm & welcoming. She left all kinds of goodies for us to eat & drink-which was needed after a long day of traveling. She gave us so many great recommendations on things to see, places to eat. Her house is fantastic. Right on the water and only 15 mins to Ostuni. We would go back in a heartbeat - and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Puglia!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

We had a fantastic stay at Melograno! The place is located in the centre of Matera which was very convenient for my elderly parents. A lovely town house and terrace right in the town. Nicely decorated and clean. Had all we needed for a few days stay, very comfortable. Great location to walk around and to the station. Mario was really good communicator and had lots of tips. we Ecycled to other towns. great place to base yourself.

Le logement est très beau et très agréable , dans une résidence clôturée avec parking. Le jardin autour est très vegetalise . La terrasse est bien aménagée et tres agréable. Le logement est par contre un peu isolé bien que proche de Matera et nécessite une voiture. Sejour que d'une nuit mais que nous avons apprécié .

Hote très réactif et proactif. Le lieu est idéal pour se déconnecter. Le lieu est au milieu de la campagne mais nous nous sentons en totale sécurité. La piscine est top et Leonardo passe tous les jours pour nettoyer. Pour amateurs de d un joli break ensoleillé !
