This is a magical experience. Well worth the effort to get to Punta Sal. i didn't realize that the price includes a chef that makes two meals a day. There is also a caretaker that takes you around in a moto taxi to nearby markets. Everyone had fun. The best part is the mind-blowing beach and ocean views. You have a front row seat to one of the most pristine beaches that I have ever seen. The staff and host were responsive and friendly. I recommend thinking about what menu you want before you arrive so they can start planning your culinary experience. Pool was a winner and the beach is very swimmable (we are good swimmers). Excellent value. I would return.

The house in excellent condition, good oceanfront location and pristine facilities. The host Carlos was very friendly and helpful from the start, he gave us contacts of people in the area for different activities, who were also very friendly. In addition, Carlos was very willing for the different coordinations and worried that everything is good so that the stay is incredible.

Beautiful, the place is much better than in the photos, everything was beautiful, tidy, clean, the kitchen had absolutely all the utensils, the people who work inside the condominiums are very friendly, helpful, and they told us about any concerns, but everything is much better than what you see in the photos, the pool is clean, I would come back without a second thought.

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. If you're a family of 7, this apartment is excellent, air conditioning in the rooms, fully furnished, those details such as an iron and hair dryer, utensils, pots, blender, toaster, microwave, board games to play, etc., the spectacular balcony for the grills, the pool in excellent condition, the excellent beach, without rocks around like in other places, 100% recommended.

Casa Carmita is a charming place to stay. Its location is perfect, just minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. The facilities are comfortable and cozy. From the first moment, the host made us feel welcome, giving us friendly and attentive service from the reservation to the end of our visit. Very nice place! We loved everything! The beautiful pool and easy access to the beach were everything! I have a son with autism who loves warm water, and the pool was warm the whole time, so we were happy to be able to bathe in the late evening. We also enjoyed the ATVs and it was very helpful to have the store in the Condominium. Yessica Paola kindly provided us with very useful information, and the staff at the Condominium were also A1! Everyone is very friendly! Very grateful!!!!
