Chateau Meu: Bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

The villa is totally renovated and elegantly furnished, it is located a few meters from the sea that again thisyear has received the Blue Flag. You will love it for the tranquility that characterizes it, it is immersed in the greenery of a small pine forest. Ideal place for families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). Villa completed in 2016. This is located on a small hill and overlooks the entire coast. The view from the house allows you to admire the coast of the Torre Salsa nature reserve on the left, the Bovo Marina beach in the center, and the Eraclea Minoa coast on the right. In short, a breathtaking view. The villa has a large outdoor space with plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub. A private road allows you to get right in front of the house.

The Flower House

The house is on the top floor of a villa that slopes down to the sea composed of two independent apartments. Large 80 sq. m. apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom (recently renovated), and a living room-kitchen. You can enjoy a large and well-equipped terrace that offers a beautiful view of the sea and where you can organize outdoor lunches and dinners, accompanied by breathtaking sunsets. A very short road will take you to the beach.

Casa Corte on the Gulf of Eraclea Minoa

30 km from Sciacca and the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento on the Gulf of Eraclea Minoa, in a hilly position but a short distance from the beautiful beach of Bovo Marina, stands a beautiful house-court from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. From the living room window, the view runs from Torre Salsa beach (nature reserve) to Capo Bianco. Bovo Marina beach is not very crowded even in the middle of summer.
