Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Hans-Ueli ist sehr zuvorkommend und war immer zu erreichen. Die Ankunft und Abreise wurde sehr einfach gestaltet. Das Studio ist sehr funktional eingerichtet und es wird aus dem vorhandenen Platz alles herausgeholt. Das Bad ist schön, das Bettsofa ist komfortabel und einfach umzubauen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Jakobshorn-Bahn zu Fuss in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, Busstation Postplatz in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar, und von dort Parsenn/Rinerhorn in rund 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit perfekt direkt am Postplatz. Ich war alleine 6 Nächte im Studio und das hat sehr gut gepasst. Ich kann Hans-Ueli und sein Studio vorbehaltslos empfehlen.

We stayed here for a week in June and truly it was one of the nicest places we've stayed. The house was lovely, with so many thoughtful touches for the guests. The scenery from the garden could not be better; it was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location is great - well situated to take day trips in every direction, or just hang out and spend time on the lake. While in the house/garden we felt away from everything, but it's still an easy walk into the village for shops/restaurants/train station. Dieter was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Nous sommes venus du Valais chez Hansjörg pour des courses de ski au Rinerhorn. L’emplacement était parfait car très proche des remontées mécaniques et à moins de 10 minutes de Davos Platz. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et le cadre en pleine nature. Hansjörg est très sympathique et a pris le temps de discuter avec nous, de plus il a toujours répondu aux messages très rapidement. De communicatie met Gerda vooraf en tijdens het verblijf is prima. Bij aankomst heeft ze ons alles laten zien en alles uitgelegd. Gerda is erg vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ze dringt er op aan om niet te schromen iets te vragen. Ze reageert snel op onze vragen en check tussendoor of alles naar wens is. Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en in onberispelijke staat. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis. De ruimtes zijn groot en modern. Er is een hele grote tuin met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Al met al dus zeer aan te bevelen.

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Wir hatten lange nach einer modernen Wohnung für unseren Urlaub am Vierwaldstättersee gesucht und sind dann auf Roshans tolle skandinavisch eingerichtete, helle und freundliche Wohnung gestoßen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles da, was man braucht - kompakt, hochwertig und gemütlich. Matratze ist hervorragend, wir haben super gut geschlafen. Die Dachterrasse liegt wunderschön zum Waldhügel hin und man hört viel Natur. Das ist wirklich toll. Das Dach im Rücken schützt im großen und ganzen vor den Geräuschen der am See liegenden Straße und Bahngleise. Die Kommunikation war vorbildlich und super freundlich! man ist schnell zu Fuß am See, Schiff, Bahn und im Ort mit Bäcker, Metzger und Lidl. Logistisch top gelegen! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie entgegenkommend er war: Für jedes kleine Anliegen wurde umgehend eine passende Lösung gefunden. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Sie ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, sodass man problemlos auch ohne Auto anreisen und die Umgebung erkunden kann. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist für jedes Kochexperiment überragend ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und friedlich zugleich. Der Hofladen im Dorf ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert, sowie die Milchtankstelle. Greta war super freundlich und hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!
