Within 1km of the beach and walking distance to the beach cafe (Dawn) and the Ocean Grove Hotel. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Previous guests have enjoyed being away from the rush of the town, and loved the green garden and quietness of the area whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest shopping hub. Plain St. Pleasure on the Peninsula! Open living surrounded by many outdoor areas to relax after a day at the beach (500m) 3 bedrooms with queen beds plus trundle bed in each room if required. The main bedroom has access to its own decking and ensuite. The 2 other bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom and there is another toilet and shower at the rear of the house for guests using the sofa bed in the fourth room. Janell and Nathan were fantastic hosts, proactive with their instructions, very responsive, and thoughtful. The property was exactly as advertised. Although I only stayed for one night, it is definitely a place I would love to stay at again for a longer visit. Great place and great hosts!

Lovely stay for two families for five nights. House was well set up with plenty of beds. Only downside was we had some young babies who woke early and sound travelled very well in the early hours. Other than that though the house was perfect for us. Great spot. Walking distance to the surf beach (not the flag beach), cafe close by. Pub walking distance. Would stay again!

My extended family had a perfect weekend at Tyrone Tides. Kristie was very responsive and helpful. The house is very functional for a large families, comprising a great sized open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room. Four good sized adult bedrooms, a kids bedroom and a dedicated games room, and to top it all off, it is a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already rebooked for another stay. Thanks Kristie!

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

We (2 couples) had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was comfortable- plenty of places to sit and relax, both inside and outside, and it was well-equipped. The location was perfect - close to Woolies, local shops and cafes. It was also a short drive to the wineries, which suited us as we had a family wedding at one of them. Ashleigh was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. She also kindly extended our stay, which meant we could enjoy a nice sleep in after the wedding celebrations. We will definitely be back again!
