Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! We loved our stay! Beautiful space to enjoy for the weekend. The goats, fireplace and view from back deck were highlights. Hopefully we will be back soon! 😊

lovely stay at tgeicean groce cabins, host as very helpful via messages, there was wine & chocolate waiting on arrival, everything you needed for a great few days away even body boards for our son to borrow and use , 20 min walk to bars, restaurants & shops lovely peaceful setting with so many birds

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

Great self-contained space in a natural setting - super quiet for well-needed sleep ins - close to Sorrento shopping plus the ever popular Millionaires cliff walk and Portsea pub for great dinner choices! The Peninsula Spa was only 15-20 mins away (best day out ever!) and loved my breakfast at cliff top cafe on Sorrento back beach - David was a warm and responsive host - all in all a great value stay in a very special part of Victoria :)

Lovely little room for a short stay. It was very cosy and Helen had the light on and heater going for when we arrived. Great location and had all the amenities we needed!

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the cosy fireplace in the evenings. The location couldn't be better for lovely walks on the beach with the dogs.

Loved my stay at the Bells Beach Cottages. Jacqueline and Gavin are lovely and responsive hosts who made the stay welcoming, easy and comfortable. The surrounding property is lovely and peaceful, lots of bird life and even spotted some kangaroos! Bells Beach is very close by and Torquay is not far to grab supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Shushana was an amazing host! She made sure we had milk/alternative milk available for our stay and all the essentials required to cook. Her place was lovely, warm and so comfortable. The backyard was also the perfect size for my small-medium Japanese spitz. I’d love to come back again in the future!

We had an unforgettable stay at Charleson Farm! It was the perfect getaway and a special place to spend time with my parents before they left Melbourne. The property had everything we could have asked for, and the highlight was definitely the adorable ponies, Button and Pepper, we loved feeding and patting them, along with the friendly goats. The gas-heated pool was a great bonus; a bit chilly at first, but by the third sunny day, it was just right. The host was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable escape!

We had an awesome stay at this wonderful beach house. Really spacious and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday (we especially loved the book collection). Fabulous for families, although note there is a deck with some rails with large gaps so not so ideal for crawlers. John was a helpful and responsive host. We’d happily stay there again.

Great stay, easy to find, lovely outlook, responsive host for something we needed. The friendly dogs will definitely come and say hello for pats. Enjoyed a good meal at Mount Moriac Hotel nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Communication was clear and easy—our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this clean and spacious bungalow. The location was perfect, and the place had everything we needed. Even though it rained all weekend and we didn’t get to use the amazing amenities like the pool and tennis court, we’ll definitely be booking again in summer to enjoy them properly. We keep coming back to the Farm Cottage because we love the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, feeding the animals with James in the mornings, and playing with Zeus the sheepdog. It was our fourth visit and we are already planning another stay! A huge thank you to Michelle and James for welcoming us back again, and for being such wonderfully hospitable and kind hosts.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

The Space - The studio was just as pictured and described, with a queen bed and daybed for sleeping. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette ensured that the studio provides all that is required. Beautifully presented and clean. It is within a short distance to acland Street arcade, where you will find plenty of shops close by, as well as public transport links. The Host - Wonderful! Banu is an exceptional host, brilliantly attentive without being intrusive. Banu always had local information to share and handy hints throughout our stay. We instantly felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. The disappointment would be too great if we were not to return, to this fabulous airbnb, host and amazing part of the world.
