The only potential shared space is the garage area and the river. All else is private. There are 7 beds. 8 guests fit comfortably or 12 if sharing beds. Relax and enjoy this unique spot on the Ashtabula River. See the Eagle soaring by, Deer crossing the river and the Great Blue Heron at the falls edge.

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.
