Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Small independent cottage on main property in the heart of the Choisilienne countryside. Bedroom with 140 cm double bed, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine, living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and toaster), dining table and sofa, private terrace with barbecue, access to petanque area (ball game loan) at the back of the accommodation and private parking.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Birds of prey and other birds can be frequently observed there, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children and infants.

Just for you 75 m2 cottage by the river in a quiet environment between Annecy and Geneva and close to tourist spots You will enjoy 2 outdoor terraces, one of which is sheltered in a 5000 m2 park a real cocoon of tranquility in the heart of nature for a return to the sources and a disconnection during a stay. No pets are allowed due to the proximity of a stud farm and the passage of horses on the road.
