Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

The apartment is located right in front of the ancient Chanca de Conil, one minute from Los Bateles beach, on a very quiet residential street and just one minute from Conil's leisure area, bars and terraces. It has a wonderful community terrace with spectacular ocean and village views. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen-living room, and Wi-Fi. It also has washing machines in common areas.
