Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 650 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.

It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace, an elevator, and direct access to the beach. It is located in the center of the promenade near restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc.

Charming country house on a plot of 700 meters of garden, with natural stone pool, pergola, solar shower, located at the doorstep of a large public pine forest, five minutes from an extraordinary beach. Very comfortable and cozy home with careful decor. The environment is ideal for walking, it is also very close to an equestrian center, the beach for surfing and several golf courses less than 5 minutes away.

We are located in the Roche pine forest, about three kilometers from the famous Roche coves. It's a small wooden house, 64 m. Set on a 300 sq. meter plot, detached, with private access. Very quiet area, and with easy access to the village and beaches. The house has a barbecue, picnic area, and a fully fenced swimming pool (round 4.80 × 1.22). Free Wi-Fi.
