Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, recently restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river provides walking access to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
