Beautiful cottage located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest for walking and observing animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are a farmer-baker, the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

This accommodation has a lot of history since the construction dates back to the 13th century. After some work to bring it up to date, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. You will find on the ground floor a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.
