We loved our stay at Esther and Jason's house. She gave us several recommendations and our communication was very quick and easy. The apartment is 5 minutes from the subway station, we only used one line to go to Manhattan, in 45 minutes we were in Times Square. Very beautiful apartment with tasteful decoration, we love the treats left by Esther. Super clean and tidy bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Everything was equipped with what we needed, we had breakfast a few times in the apartment and it helped a lot. We felt at home. Even though it is close to the subway line, the apartment is very quiet, so we were able to sleep peacefully. This accommodation was a pleasant surprise and we will definitely stay at Cozy Nook on our next trip to NY.

My daughter and I came to Brooklyn not knowing anything about the area. Our stay was met with warm welcome and made us feel like we were right at home. The neighborhood is safe for walking even at night. Great location close to train and neighborhood stores. Toby and partners were amazing and I will be booking again for our next trip to the city!

Was a great time being at a convenient location for exploring the city. The only issues I had were not the fault of the host. We had everything we needed to wash up and rest between outings.
