In an old village, surrounded by nature, the place is extremely quiet. 10 minutes from all amenities, close to charming villages such as Mirmande and Marsanne. 10 minutes from Montélimar, 5 minutes from the exit of A7 Montélimar Nord and 45 minutes from the Gorges de l 'Ardèche. You will have access to an independent bedroom, with shower room and toilet. Upstairs (outside access) a living room, sofa bed, kitchen + a second bedroom. Pool 7x4, not overlooked.

We welcome you to a studio-type outbuilding of our house. The accommodation is located close to the Montélimar Nord highway exit, as well as the Drôme Provençale. You will have at your disposal a kitchenette, a bathroom, a toilet and a small private terrace. The outside access is shared but the entrance to the studio is independent.
