An ideal base for outdoor lovers: hiking (GR30, Chaîne des Puys, Puy de Dôme), cycling, natural lakes such as Aydat and Pavin, and skiing 30 minutes away (Super Besse). Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The house was completely renovated from the end of 2021 to July 2022 and has all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen, stylish and luxuriously furnished, comfortable box spring beds and fast WiFi. On Eybarithoux, you will completely relax.

It has a large living room, relaxation areas, 5 bedrooms including a master suite with a spa bath, 2 bathrooms. Shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) are within walking distance. City bike park, hikes are nearby. Semi-covered outdoor Jacuzzi open year-round.

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.
