Vacation rentals with a patio in Condado, Santurce

Stayed in Nadia’s apartment over Memorial Day weekend. The apartment is exactly as pictured, spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s hard to beat how pristine it is. Nadia was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Husband and I were so happy with this studio perfect for a 5 night stay. Had all the amenities and very close to lots of restaurants the beach was only a 8 min walk. Sebastian was so helpful and gave great recommendations I would recommend this lovely studio to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay. Major bonus the bed was so comfortable!!! You will not regret staying here so central to lots of things !!

This place was wonderful. It was right outside the city. Peaceful and quite. We had a great time and will always recommend to the rest of family and friends.

We had an excellent time at San Juan and loved staying at Gerardo’s place! The views were stunning, the apartment was spotless and beautiful, and we were in the perfect location. Gerardo was extremely responsive and made the entire experience easy and relaxing. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Jesus is an amazing host, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire duration of our trip and it was super easy to check in and out. He gave us a list of places to sightsee and explore, the area is filled with so many places to go and la placita isnt far either, along with viejo san juan and condado beach. The airbnb itself was super clean and newly renovated, there were several amenities in the house as well, beach chairs, sunscreen, lotion, beach umbrella. Overall my sister and I really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much Jesus!

Loved staying here! It was a good deal, the location is great, has lots of great restaurants, and the apartment is spacious, super clean, and well stocked with everything you would need. Logan is super responsive and helpful. No complaints!

Glenys was a great host. Very attentive, and responds fast when needed. Location was amazing. The perfect distance outside of the touristy areas where you can get a local PR feel while still being around close to just about everything. Great stay overall.

El lugar tiene un espacio amplio, con piscina y entretenimiento, tiene buena ubicación porque está cerca del aeropuerto, es un vecindario familiar y residencial, en Auto queda muy cerca de Isla Verde, la casa es muy cómoda, tiene dos baños, uno en el interior y otro en el exterior y amplio espacio para estacionamiento.

Good place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors have a loud bird that You will hear pretty much all day but other than that it was an amazing stay.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

This condo was a delight! It was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was absolutely fantastic, offering easy access to everything we wanted to do. The highlight, though, was definitely the beautiful pool and the direct beach access right through the pool area. It made going for a swim in either the pool or the ocean incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Brooke’s Airbnb was as described. The location was good—there are stores within walking distance if you need supplies, as well as food options nearby. It's also less than a 5 minute walk to the La Placita hotspot area, where you can enjoy the nightlife if you're interested. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Juan!

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

The host was friendly and responsive. The place was nice with a little balcony. Restaurants and stores were all walking distance. The pool was a plus, there were tables and seatings available to hang out at. I love the fact that she provided two beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag for you to use. There’s a beach a few blocks down, less than ten minute walk. There was also sunblock and aloe vera in the drawers which is great, especially with the hot weather. Piñones was less than 10 minutes to get to if you wanna get a quick bite or sit down and eat.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

Jose's Abnb is definitely a place to stay. Pictures do it no justice. Let me start by saying when I opened the door the first words out of myself and wife mouths were WOW! This place is immaculate all around. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay or long one. We where there for a short stay and wish we could've stayed longer. No flaws. Water pressure perfect with no restrictions on the hot water. A/C working perfect. My wife and I had great stay and will definitely look and book again with Jose's. Recommend 100%
