Family-friendly vacation rentals in Condado, Santurce

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

We had a great stay at Isabel’s place. It’s a few steps to the beach, which we loved and they had everything accessible for a great beach day. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ect. The private pool area was our favorite part by far.

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. It was a very convenient location and had a beautiful beach right outside the building. The apartment was clean and enjoyable.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

My wife, 2 teenagers, and I enjoyed staying at Cathy’s place. The balcony apartments at Aquatika are great! And the best part is that the apartment is very close to the pools and private beach. I would recommend staying.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

Solmari has curated a beautiful little oasis! The common area with all of the plants and hammocks was so cozy! The unit was comfy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The cats were a charming touch, as one particular cat always sat outside my door. I love animals so this was a fun aspect. The host was so kind to answer all kinds of questions I had about some of the excursions I was considering. This is a great location to walk to the beach and a short drive to other great beaches. There are so many great food options within either a short drive or a walk. I could have stayed much longer! Thanks so Solmari for everything!

Great place everything is walking distance and so much to do. easy check in and the security at the gate are so friendly definitely make you feel welcomed. Beatrice was very helpful and very responsive with questions we had will definitely be back thank you for making my first time to Puerto Rico great 🤩!

Small cute studio, perfect for a couple. Restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store were all walking distance. The beach is right around the corner. The beach chairs were so convenient. Airport was literally 6 min. Away.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed a 4 night stay in this extremely clean and comfortable studio. It had everything you need, including beach towels and mats. Very easy access to the pool (right in front) and the beach (a few feet away). We love this area for the ease of access and the beach and this place was perfect. We went to el Viejo San Juan, just a short uber ride away, and were able to shop at the Pueblo supermarket nearby. The building is very safe and well maintained, and quiet despite being busy. Gracias!
