Taxis and public transportation are easily accessed in front of the building in Ashford Avenue and/or the Marriot Hotel. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a queen size bed, a full size futon (sofa bed), air conditioning, walk in closet, 32” flat screen HDTV, cable, high speed internet with WiFi, DVD, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen. For more privacy, the queen bed has been elegantly separated from the living space. It has a comfortable balcony with view to the Atlantic Ocean and the activity of Ashford Avenue. One parking space is available for an additional daily fee of $10.00. Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also, the apartment has a washer/dryer. The condo features a pool, gym, tennis court, mini-market, and private beach access. The studio can be converted into two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is of the city. Only one parking space is available with security. Sea Grape Cabana @ Condado Del Mar with parking

The location is in the heart of the city but at the same time it feels like you are right on the beach. We just finished a complete renovation of this apartment, everything was gutted out and redone. The decoration has some rustic furniture mixed with modern finishes. It has many tropical details like the colorful bed sheets/coverlet/pillows, paintings and accessories still the cabana is clutter free and simple, everything in the cabana has its purpose.
