Vacation rentals with a patio in Condado, Santurce

The accommodation is as shown in the photo and description. Everything was very clean and organized. Ileana was very nice when she welcomed us and left us a little gift. We'll be back ✨

This place was amazing &Jose was a great host! He gave us plenty of great local recs & was very responsive ! The place was beautiful,clean,&20 min from old San Juan. We absolutely loved the balcony! There’s a Walmart near by if you needed to get water, food, or snacks . Jose’s description and pictures were accurate. He mentioned on the listing there was no private parking but there was street parking. When I originally booked the stay I wasn’t going to rent a car but decided to last min. Parking was limited during the day till 4 pm bc of an electrical company across the st. This is just something to be aware of if anyone decided to rent a car. It didn’t bother us because we were out till after 4 most days . If at the end of your stay you see a 70/80yr old woman walking every morning/night down the st. Pls be sure to politely stop her & offer her waters, food, clothes,etc. as she does not have much. Our last night,we had a full case of water we didn’t want to waste &gave to her.

This was a surreal experience. I’m itching to go back. When you walk in the serenity you feel is tangible. I’ve been around the world and wow- this has been one of our most favorite stays. It’s perfectly located and the hosts go above and beyond. I miss it already. (Just a side note- do NOT go to the Boutique next store in the building as they are truly awful)… other than that 10/10 stay. Incredible experience here!!!!

I can't speak highly enough about my stay here. Owners were helpful and responsive at all times.The apartment was spotless and matched the description accurately.I stayed in Condado before and was delighted to see I could walk their easily. I felt safe at all times, even at night time. Loads of great restaurants and bars around Caille Loiza also. Beach was minutes away, with 2 stand out eateries on the way.I read reviews before I booked about noise levels, I stayed there 9 nights and never had any problems until very late on the last night, the next door neighbours decided to show a lack of respect shouting loud and laughing on their balcony. Hardly the owners fault, just human beings being disrespectful next door. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would have no hesitation staying here again. It did "exactly what it said on the tin" and a good value for money stay. The only thing I would recommend for the owners is to invest in an Ironing board!! This gets a big 👍

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect clean, quiet, and felt incredibly safe and comfortable. Wilfredo was a fantastic host who responded quickly and provided clear instructions. The home had everything we needed, including games, beach towels, an umbrella, and even a small cooler, which were such thoughtful touches. Every time we went out, we couldn't wait to come back because it felt like home. We definitely chose the right place and will 100% stay here again when we return!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

Good place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors have a loud bird that You will hear pretty much all day but other than that it was an amazing stay.

Loved my stay here , host was super responsive and helpful , place looked exactly like the pictures and very clean , beautiful area.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

We enjoyed the stay at this location and the friendly help from the hosts. When we first arrived, there was a regional power outage, and the hosts were very concerned, keeping in contact with us and the power company for updates. They even offered to give us a refund if we they had a long-term issue. The power was back in the early evening, so everything turned out great for the rest of our stay. The small local restaurants in the area had very good food and a great ocean view.

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was friendly and responsive. The place was nice with a little balcony. Restaurants and stores were all walking distance. The pool was a plus, there were tables and seatings available to hang out at. I love the fact that she provided two beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag for you to use. There’s a beach a few blocks down, less than ten minute walk. There was also sunblock and aloe vera in the drawers which is great, especially with the hot weather. Piñones was less than 10 minutes to get to if you wanna get a quick bite or sit down and eat.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

Jose's Abnb is definitely a place to stay. Pictures do it no justice. Let me start by saying when I opened the door the first words out of myself and wife mouths were WOW! This place is immaculate all around. Apartment has everything you need for a short stay or long one. We where there for a short stay and wish we could've stayed longer. No flaws. Water pressure perfect with no restrictions on the hot water. A/C working perfect. My wife and I had great stay and will definitely look and book again with Jose's. Recommend 100%

The location was excellent. Condado beach and most restaurants were of walking distance from the Airbnb. The scooters located all around the area were extremely beneficial and cost efficient. The Airbnb was clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Adrian was very helpful throughout my stay.
