I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Thank you again Carlos looking forward to come back and staying at Villa Estrella.

The space is small but definitely efficient. Jenny kept the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, we were easily able to make a quick breakfast each morning. More towels would be appreciated since it’s located near a beach but overall I had a great stay and felt safe and comfortable!

Jose was wonderful! He was so kind and responsive. The area had delicious restaurants and cafes (we recommend Mr. Mac and Pocillo Dulce). The Airbnb itself had hot showers, cold AC, and a nice TV for late-night movies. Other reviews mention how the walls are thin, but we brought a sound machine and were totally fine. Hot spots like Old San Juan and Playa del Escambron are around fifteen minutes away by Uber. It was great to meet Jose in person and chat about the area. We would absolutely stay here again should we get the chance to come back to PR! Thanks for everything, Jose!

The place was great for a quick late-night stay, very close to airport. Only tip I will include is to not use Waze as the GPS guide to get here, as it gives you the incorrect way. The place is a bit dark in the evening as a woman checking in to go down the side of the home was a bit scary and uneasy but once in the place all went well for my few hours of sleep.

Meylin is a great host, very easy to communicate. The property has en excellent location, ocean front, in a great area. Well maintained and clean. Would go back without hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience at Maria’s Airbnb place. The place was very clean the bed was very comfortable. The place had a double-door which made me feel secure. I’d give it a definite thumbs-up! THANK YOU MARIA!

We had a great stay here, the place was super clean and was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Being right next to the ocean and waking up to that nice view was lovely! What really stood out is how responsive the hosts were, we had a few questions throughout our stay and they answered super quickly each time and were very friendly.

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Our second stay here (and 4th time at this complex, Marbella del Caribe) and we absolutely love it. Falling asleep to the ocean waves, waking up and walking down to the beach (or pool) - you can rent daily huge umbrellas. Beatrice provides chairs, but you also can rent loungers at the beach with your umbrella! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the location is spot on! The location is walkable to so many restaurants, bars, grocery. And for the condo, as it’s facing Isla Verde (a view that’s stunning), you don’t hear any of the sounds of the street side of the complex. If you don’t want to rent a car, there is no need! Cannot wait to stay here again!

Super clean and nice place to stay, very pleasant n comfy. Right next to beach. Perfect hosts Melina and Polet. Extremely responsive. Enough towels, toiletries etc for stay. Well stocked place. Don't ever change!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY IN IF YOU DEICED TO STAY IN SAN JUAN. EXTREMLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH NICE VIEW FROM THE KITCHEN TABLE AND WALKING DISTANCE FROM ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU WISH FOR. If I come back to San Juan this will be the place I return to for sure!!! 10/10

Yvette’s was very responsive and proactive with checking in on our stay. My husband and I stayed at Yvette’s studio for a quick get away for the weekend. The location was perfect for a relaxing get away. The beach was literally 250ft from the studio. Yvette accommodation comes with beach chairs and a cooler to bring on the beach. I can’t leave out that there is a stand on the beach where you can get Pina coladas to enjoy as you lounge in the chairs. Lastly the location is close to many restaurants and is very relaxing. I would stay at Yvette’s location again if I visited the area.
