We did not come across surprises, the house really conforms to the information contained in the listing and we enjoyed the days we were there with peace of mind. Cauby is attentive and always available for guidance and clarification of possible doubts. It is well worth taking a few days of rest in the Vila Velha refuge.

Very good house, everything in perfect condition, as advertised. The hostess received us very promptly and was always available for requests about the place, even helping with directions on what to do in the area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, with linens and towels ready for use. The region has beautiful beaches and the accommodation helps make the experience impeccable. There were 8 of us in two cars and there was room to accommodate more, if necessary. I highly recommend it, both the stay and the trip, it will be a wonderful thing to remember.

Great house, clean, very technological with solar panels, projector with good quality screen, drinking fountain, all kinds of pots and accessories, air conditioning in the living room that cools it down a lot, pool table, arcade, good space, great pool and barbecue area, the host responds and helps with everything, I highly recommend it and I will return more often 👏🏽

The house is very large and comfortable. All bathrooms were clean as well as all bed and bath linens. The pool and the clean game space… all rooms with working air conditioning and the very comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the indispensable utensils, microwaves, airfraier, gelagua, two refrigerators and a stove with 5 mouths. The beach is quiet and is right next to the house, about 5 minutes walking distance. RECOMMEND!!!

the very top house, the homemade lady Izabel very kindly received us with a delicious cake. I just found a negative point: the wall on the right side is very low giving access to a horrible neighbor that when we turn on the sound that was not even so loud she had a stick face and asked to download , lower and then hang up to avoid some kind of annoyance! BUT OUT OF THAT ALL THAT GOOD ...

The house exactly like the listing, clean and impeccable rooms and the place is wonderful, space, wooded, ideal pool, and Anny's parents were our hosts and noa received very well.. Everything is clean, organized, cozy and quiet. For those who will enjoy a little peace and quiet, it is sensational, the beach is a few meters from the house. And it really is quiet!!! For those who don't want to go to the beach, the pool is very good too. There are two families of kittens in the condominium... if you don't like cats very much, just keep the door closed. Bring repellent because there are mosquitoes due to being near the woods. No complaints, totally satisfied! We'll be back

This is the third time I've stayed at Adriano's house and it's getting better. The house and location are simply perfect. I highly recommend it!!!

Natalia's house was a big surprise. It was even better than in the photos. The house is located in the middle of the old town and is still very, very quiet. It is very individually furnished. The highlight for us was actually the garden area with views over the city and a pool, which is buried by trees and provides a welcome cooling in the heat. You are in the middle of a paradise with total privacy. P.S. Don't forget the mosquito spray.

A well located house, a foot in the sand, cozy, air-conditioned rooms, a family environment, a busy area was not forgotten, the owner always at the disposal, resolving in the unforeseen events. It was a wonderful stay, we had the full support we need, both Gayre and Paulo, the homemade. In addition, Gayre has given us tips on restaurants, beaches and walks. The house is beautiful, spacious, very complete and decorated in very good taste. The location is also great, in a quiet location in Catuama and also close to Barra de Catuama. Access to the beach can be done on foot, just by going down a staircase. Another point we like is the proximity of Croa da Baleia. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

A beautiful and very cozy grandmother's house, the location is excellent and I think we will return other times, communication was always assertive and quick and the hosts were kind and always helpful.

The house itself is spectacular. It makes you never want to leave. Everything organized, all necessary utensils available, linens, towels, everything! Clean pool, everything was too nice. The location is great too, the street is super quiet but there is an avenue that leads to several markets, shops and pharmacies. Luciana and Cristina were super helpful and pleasant to talk to. So everything was perfect. We loved it!

The host Amanda was always attentive from the first contact. The condominium is very organized. The large swimming pool is a show apart. Very cozy house, with complete structure.

I stayed with my family of 16 at the carnival and we love it! Many bedrooms and beds, all with air conditioning. House equal to the listing. Carlos was extremely helpful. We didn't have any headaches!
