Vacation rentals in Condado

It was a very pleasant experience. A small apartment, clean, cozy, that you see whimsy in the small details. The host is always ready to answer, guide any questions. It is close to the beach, on a stretch that I consider one of the best on the island for bathing and with a bar/restaurant by the sea. It is also close to grocery stores and other businesses, which makes it easier to arrange items for breakfast and dinner( time when we find it difficult to find a restaurant open nearby). The ones who attended us at the entrance were solicitous and polite, especially their Severino, with whom we were able to count on most days, always ready to help. I definitely recommend hosting and plan to come back.

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. Thank you and we look forward to returning soon!

We were a large group of ten, including three children eight and under. We all had a WONDERFUL time at this property! The home is beautiful with living, and dining spaces that open out to an in-ground pool and the Maria Farinha canal, where . The pool is perfectly maintained, at a great temperature for playing or just hanging with family and friends. A couple of caretakers manage the property, and they were simply amazing. We had asked if they could provide some meals, which we coordinated with Natalia in advance. We paid for groceries and transport for them, and they made the most amazing meals for us! Not to mention also some refreshing beverages that we enjoyed pool-side. If you're going to Recife, I strongly suggest you stay at this property. The people are amazing, the location is great, and the maintenance is impeccable.

The house met our needs well, the idea was to have a base place to stay and spend more time on the street getting to know the surrounding beaches. Pedro was very attentive and the check in and the check out were flexible and the process was all very quiet. I was already aware of the cleaning and we chose to clean the house and not pay, there were no complications. The house's swimming pool is a show apart, the water is warm the whole time, everyone loved it. The house is very well divided, there is only the observation I had already given to Pedro personally, the upstairs rooms really need a box, it ends up being uncomfortable to shower and wet the whole bathroom, even turning on the very weak shower there is no way not to get wet. The street is very parked, for those who cherish for privacy and solitude. Most things nearby need to go by car. Overall the experience was great

The house is wonderful and very spacious, as advertised. The leisure area is very good, the pool is GREAT. The host always responded quickly and is very kind, and met my requests. Spacious rooms with wonderful balconies. It was a wonderful stay.

Maravilhosa Estadia, it felt like home, lots of walks to do in the surroundings. Beautiful view of all the windows of the house.
