Condado Beach vacation rentals

The location was perfect. The home was comfortable and clean. It’s close to many popular locations. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions. I would stay here again!

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

This place was awesome! A lot bigger than we expected and right next to the beach. Ricardo was super helpful through everything. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Daniel really cares about his guests. He was very responsive and gave many good recommendations. The place has many restaurants and coffee shops within a 10 minute walk. The beach was very quiet and not touristy.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Zaida was a very responsive host throughout our vacation. We had a few minor hiccups throughout our stay but Zaida was extremely flexible, friendly, and helpful. Due to this being a prime location for beach and nightlife there was a high level of noise on weekends but during the week it was very peaceful.

Great place to stay with a group of friends. Super close walk to the beach to hang out and relax for the afternoon. Good restaurants and food options nearby that are pretty walkable. Easy uber to old San Juan. We had a great time. Would recommend a stay here.

We stayed at Casa CA-LI-AD with two families (4 adults, 3 kids under 8) and had an amazing experience. The listing is accurate—everything was as described, clean, and very family-friendly. It’s close to the airport, attractions, and a supermarket, which made things super convenient. During our stay, there was a rare island-wide blackout, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The property’s generator made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind. Pro tip: when using Uber, enter Casa CA-LI-AD with the dashes—otherwise it might not show up in the app. As a fellow Airbnb superhost, I can honestly say this place is exceptionally well cared for. Highly recommend for families!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Spectacular backyard. Great gazebo, so peaceful and beautiful on the lake. Kids loved the pool. We saw many fishes in the lake. A great beach less than 2 miles away (punta salinas). Grocery store is less than 1.5 mile away and many restaurants as well. Rafi was a very responsive host. We had a great time!

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Carol is an amazing host. Things in life may not always be perfect, carol stops at nothing to make sure my family and I had an amazing safe trip at her property. I arrived late ( due to delay) she was waiting by the phone to assist the driving and making sure we go in. We missed the rental car place; carol gave us a ride the next morning. We had a few things that we needed assistance with and Carol was always intentional about providing an amazing service. By the way …. don’t walk run to this place Carol comes highly recommended😉 she was more than just a host.. “she felt like family !!! P.S the pictures don’t do this place any justice. It’s so beautiful!!!

Perfect Stay The home was beautiful clean and cozy with a warm welcoming vibe. The host was amazing with communication always kind and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay again. The house looks way better than it is in person. I absolutely loved the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ivelisse was incredibly kind and responsive, even answering our messages late at night. She went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake with our flight dates, showing great flexibility and understanding. Ivelisse also gave us excellent local recommendations, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and the facilities—especially the swimming pool—were excellent. It was a wonderful touch that the host personally said goodbye to us when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

My stay at Vistamar-2 was great! The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, modern, and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the location was super convenient, Perfect spot for a short trip to do business or shopping. I would definitely stay here again
