A block away from the beach, it provides both the tranquility of being away from the crowds but the accessibility to go on morning beach walks. This is definitely a stay you will want to repeat over and over again. We are located in the pristine gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. A 10 minute walk to the highly touristic area of Condado. 10 min to the airport and from OSJ!

The guest house features an innovative architectural design with a striking red façade comprising geometric shapes. Expansive windows allow natural light to fill the building, while a modern concrete base is supported by a lush, landscaped area at the front.

Beautiful apartment at the heart of Condado Beach

Enjoy the magical view of the swimming pool and the Condado Lagoon directly from your living room. This apartment includes a full kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need; a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. The private kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the ocean view is available right from the shower and bedroom. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, parks and Old San Juan. One parking spot on premises included.

MARE 27 Birds Nest Queen w/Priv. Bath + Beach&Pool

Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

An outdoor seating area features a mix of red and white chairs and tables arranged on stone flooring. Lush greenery and potted plants create a refreshing ambiance, with a sunshade providing partial coverage. The exterior walls are adorned with large windows and bright red doors.

All of our rooms at Red Door Inn are Non-Smoking. “City Sunlit Queen” rooms have either a great view of our front court yard on the first floor or are located on the second floor (Stairs only) and have a wonderful view of one of the quietest yet most centrally located streets in the heart of Condado. City Sunlit rooms have floor to ceiling windows that provide amazing natural light, but don’t worry all of our rooms have blackout windows for a restful stay as well. <br>

We are the home of Kite Puerto Rico a kiteboarding school and retail store, and The Beach House bar and Bistro.
