Beach condo vacation rentals in Condado Beach

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Me & my family enjoyed our stay. The view is indescribable !! This is a very peaceful location with many delicious local restaurants within walking distance to try! This beautiful home is located a very short ride to Old San Juan and many more! The beach is located steps away from the entrance which is convenient! The host was extremely responsive. Our flight got delayed and they tried their best to accommodate us in such notice. I would definitely recommend and even book this stay again in Puerto Rico ! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

The hosts were very responsive to every question we had. The instructions to get in were perfect. My daughter took their recommendation of using a cab from the airport vs an Uber, which is helpful given the time you arrive. Once you are there, the condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to everything else. There is a grocery store Supermercados Pueblo, about a block or 2 away, and plenty of restaurants. The guidebook had one listed Metropol that was very close and the food was great. Also, there is Panadería Las Canarias that has a great breakfast and the lunch looked good but we never got the chance. The view from the balcony is beautiful. While we were there, we wanted to get family photos done and the host even recommended a photographer who was the nicest guy, Alberto.

Tania was an amazing host, super accomedating and responsive. The space was clean, walkable to many restaurants, and very easy access to the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Well-appointed, spacious 2 BR 2 BA condo in a high rise with direct access to the beach. Early check-in options available. Comfy beds, silence at night except for the lovely sound of crashing waves. Strong A/C and Wifi. Stunning views of the beach (there is no balcony). Walkable neighborhood, not too busy. Great swimming pool, open late. Small game room with tennis table and pool. Decent gym. A plumbing issue in the bathroom caused a mess and a 3-hour delay. This should have been caught beforehand. The host addressed the issue right away. Our cleaning lady was fantastic BTW. The beach area by the condo is beautiful but not good for wading; the seabed is mainly rocks, some sharp. For wading, you need to walk 5 minutes to the Parque Del Indio area. We lost power during 22 hours during an island-wide outage. Being on the 19th floor, it was quite stressful. Our host graciously sent a 1/2 day refund for our inconvenience. Kudos to our host, always responsive and informative.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay! Milly was the perfect host- extremely responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and coolers, which made our beach days so easy. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, and waking up to the breeze each morning was a highlight. The apartment lobby is pretty basic, but once inside the unit, it feels welcoming and comfortable! The location is perfect- just a short drive to San Juan and super close to the airport, with plenty of great food options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean place. Smaller than it seemed on pictures but it had all we needed for the last night of our trip around PR. About 20 minutes by car from the airport and about 5 minutes from the beach. It is right next to the main road so it can get loud. Overall we would recommended staying here for a short stay

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

Great location!!! So close to everything we needed, and the 24 hour store across the street was so convenient! Beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards were provided. It even had a 24 hour security guard so you always feel safe! Definitely recommend!

Perfect location, clean, and easy to find. Erick was a very quick responder. 10/10 recommend!

All in all it was a great experience I would highly recommend although we lost power one day it came back on when it was expected and the loss of not having laundry was also unfortunate but other then that it was exactly how I expected it the views from the master are beautiful the marble floors are a nice touch the ac blasts!! The new tv is beautiful not as mesmerizing as the beach in the backyard!!! Would definitely stay again thank you very much!!

Beautiful place to stay close to a lot of great places to see. We stayed during the Blackout which did not effect us to much just sleeping at night was hard. This was not Milas fault she checked in on us during that time and told us where the lanterns were and etc. We will definitely return again and would consider staying again Thank you for having everything we needed during our stay.

Javier is a wonderful host. Our flight was delayed and he met us at 1:30 AM. He offered great recommendations for food, etc. The apartment is well stocked and on the beach. Seriously, he thought of everything we might need.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

The condo was fantastic. Balcony was small but great view of the beach. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes from great breakfast restaurants! There was restaurants across the street but we didn't try them. walgreens was right across the street as well. Gigi was a great host! She checked on us daily, left us some small snacks and beverages, and even delivered detergent one day! The complex also felt safe and secure.

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

This place is amazing. My wife and I can’t wait to come back. The place looks exactly like the photos. Truthfully the pictures don’t do the experience justice. The view and the size of the balcony makes this place the top choice over all others. It’s literally a million dollar view. No one will regret booking here. The host was very responsive and the place was immaculately clean. Interior design was very classy. The location was amazing. You really don’t need a car here. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walking distance. We loved it here and are looking forward to coming back.

Maria's place was great! It was in the Santurce neighborhood, and Ubers were easily available to get to Old San Juan or wherever we wanted to go. It felt very safe and secure, and so did the parking lot where we kept our rental car. Maria's communication was great and quick. We had a few issues because of the island-wide power outage and Maria was very responsive and helpful. Anything we needed, she provided the next day. The pent house was very spacious and exactly as described. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. We especially loved the huge wrap around deck! Great views and a very fun space. We would definitely return to San Juan, and we will definitely stay with Maria again!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo for our girls' trip, celebrating a milestone birthday! The space was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our group. The owner was very accommodating, especially with our arrival time, which we really appreciated.  The location was excellent—very close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach, Starbucks coffee, great restaurants inside the hotels on the same street and on the beach, which made dining and exploring super easy.  One thing to note is the street noise—being on the 20th floor, we didn’t expect it to be so noticeable, and it did affect our light sleepers. Earplugs might be a good idea for those sensitive to sound.  During our stay, the building management did some work that required the water to be turned off for a few hours. Fortunately, the owner had a backup water tank available. We were at the beach at the time, so it didn’t impact us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this condo.
