Monthly Rentals in Cond la Jolla

We had a great time in Punta Hermosa, The gps is not 100% clear with directions so it is a bit to find the place but once we did it was all great. Rodolfo’s dad was there to welcome us and give us some instructions to follow. Be aware there is no water filter. Location absolutely great for surfing. You can see Señoritas and Caballeros from the balcony. Lots of walkable little restaurants near by. Thank you Rodolfo! We will definitely be back 🫶🏼

We had a great experience, the place is just as described, lots of space for the family. The main bedroom was huge and had an awesome are to chill and an hammock as well. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses and appliances including an air fryer. The highlight of the house is the rooftop, which has a pool, a grill and a sitting area. It was so nice and we enjoyed it! The subdivision has 2 pools, one is huge! The kids loved it. And the beach is a just a short walk away. Also, there are couple of stores on site as well as restaurants, so you don’t have to leave. However, if you want you can go to Asia boulevard which was a short ride away. Maria was a great host, she was available and responsive before and during our stay. She was super accommodating and helpful.

My stay in Asia was quite pleasant. The host was very understanding and flexible with check-in, which I really appreciate. The place was quite clean and well maintained, including the pool. Everything was as described in the listing, so I would definitely recommend it.
