The apartment's location is ideal if one is looking to be in the downtown area. xq the area is quiet and with walking 5 blocks one reaches the pedestrian and square where there are offer of places to recreate. While the seaside is not the closest it is reasonably close . I would definitely come back

First of all, I want to thank Alejandra for her affection with my family, we explained that we have a service pet and she promptly accepted and that made us decide to stay in the apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Patrícia, a sweetheart! She explained everything to us, extremely clean and fragrant apartment. Very quiet city. It was very worthwhile.

We went with my wife to spend 5 nights and enjoy Concordia. The place is a single environment inside the owners' home, but on the other side of the garden so there is privacy. It is very nice, spacious, ventilated and bright. Just as it looks in the photos and description. Susana is very friendly and available. There are bars, restaurants, markets very close to walking. Even a few blocks from the waterfront that is wonderful. We would definitely come back. Recommended to go as a couple.

Beautiful apartment, very bright. Large rooms. Simple and tasteful decor. Everything was very clean. With everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. You can go out for a walk at any time, plaza to relax and all the services and shopping area very close by. A couple of blocks from the bus stop for the Termas. The bus terminal is at the other end of town, but taxis are always available. Highly recommended.

A very spacious room, the kitchen with everything you need. The apartment has two courtyards, one in front with artifivial grammill and one back with a clothes rack, if they need to wash clothes. A very efficient washing machine. a cozy place.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, Luisa and her husband were always attentive. The truth is that it was undoubtedly a quiet and enjoyable stay, highly recommended. We'll be back next year, thanks
