Rodolfo's apartment is great, good location, beautiful view, quiet, it has everything you need to have an excellent stay, in addition, everything was impeccable and beautifully decorated! Very good apartment, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils along with spices for cooking. The bathrooms are impeccable and the view is very nice. Juan Ignacio is always attentive and a great host

The description and photos of the apartment are very good, just as published, everything is very good, the apartment, the cleanliness, the comfort for 2 people (since we only use it to sleep at night and we do not use the kitchen because we always eat in restaurants), very quiet. Difficult to get to even with the GPS that always sends you to another address... due to lack of knowledge: very far from the center (I admit I didn't check with the owner before, so the mistake was mine). After everything was fine, the service was excellent at all times and on the few occasions that I needed it, from Juan, the owner, friendly and helpful...

Very good apartment, comfortable, good insulation from the outside, equipped. Sebastian is a very good host, in terms of communication, concern and kindness. There were no problems with Sebastian getting me safe parking inside the Condominium.

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I travel with an assistance dog, and while Airbnb policies state that no disability questions should be asked, the host accessed my dog's social media, which was on my profile, and then asked me personal questions that made me feel like my privacy was being invaded. I found myself in the awkward situation of having to explain details about my health that I didn't have to share. In addition, a charge of $25,000 was generated that did not correspond, since service dogs are exempt from additional fees. Even though he had already been informed by message that I would be traveling with my service dog, he insisted that I should have said so explicitly, creating an atmosphere of distrust and unnecessary tension. I didn't feel respected or welcomed, which was especially difficult considering that people who travel with assistance do so precisely out of a real need, not for pleasure.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

Carlos is a good host he met us when we checked in and showed us around the apartment & the facilities. He also gave us some local recommendations. The sand dunes are only 15 minutes walk and the local cafe, bakery etc is only a 2 minute walk..which was convenient. its a safe area to walk around. The apartment is lovely with a balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the views. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here when visiting again!

Our stay at Javier’s place was just what we needed after 4 long days of hiking in southern Chile. It is the perfect place to relax and truly vacation. Javier was an amazing host with flexible check-in hours and a folder sitting on the table with amenity instructions and local recommendations. The accommodation is impeccable and has everything you need to spend a luxury vacation, with all the amenities when cooking, showering or spending a moment of relaxation and entertainment. We loved staying at Condominio polo maitencillo. Such a great place for a family to go and enjoy the space, the house was extremely beautiful, clean, and they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

The house is very well maintained, it has everything, the decor is super ad-hoc to the place and the host is very kind and attentive. It is in a very well located area which allowed us to go to a restaurant and we were close to the supermarkets in the area. I had an amazing time with my friends and we felt very comfortable. Unbeatable house, highly recommended!
